PT. Auditsi currently looking for Customer Service Representative, for our client, Multinational Company located in Central Jakarta, with Job Profile:
Responsibility : - Track all orders from order entry to delivery completion, report to the business on issues and recommendations for improvements.
- Back up Customer Service associates for order handling
- Problem solving at each stage of pre-order entry, order entry, post-order entry and supply chain arrangements.
- Work with Marketing, Planning and Logistics to manage local stock.
- Respond to external inquiry in a timely and responsive manner.
- Understand invoicing mechanism, pricing, term of payment and custom clearance/ documentation requirements.
- Manage import-export sample, prepare shipping documentation timely and accurately in full compliance to present to the forwarder and also made payment settlement.
- Comply with internal and external control requirements
- Error free order entry
- Participate on and lead teams in his/her area of responsibility
Qualification - Min Diploma III - preferable Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of years of customer service related or sales experience
- Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, negotiation, and multi-task with critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, prioritizing both customer and company requirements
- Familiar with SAP is a must
