[vacancy] Job Vacancy as FACILITY/GA COORDINATOR

Our client, an international company in service provider, is urgently looking for

FACILITY/GA COORDINATOR (based in Jakarta, Sudirman area),

with following requirements:

· 3-5 years of experience in GA/property/facility/building management/data centre floor or building
· experienced handling contractors, suppliers
- have experience in office moves and setting up infrastructure
· exposure to working in global and international organization
- must have experience in building management/handling data centre facility
- good communication skills
· good English skills
· flexible to travel (other cities and abroad)

- a.s.a.p availability is preferred

Job Desc:
· Operation and control of the office/building's systems –, fax, copier, air-conditioning, electricity and structures,
- in coordination with IT-team handling and support IT-related equiptments (servers, cabling, etc.).
· Operation and control office/building's safety system: fire detection and extinguishing system, fire hydrants, emergency exits, equipment, etc
· Management of the facilities service contractors: cleaning, guarding, gardening, fumigation, parking etc.
· Supervising real estate and logistics projects and implementing Group policy
· Managing allocation of space and physical infrastructure using the Aperture system.
· Managing office moves and liaising with stakeholders and suppliers where relevant.
· Implementing and assimilating the security and safety policy.
· Being cost and customer service (internal) conscious
· Writing up and keeping SLA up to date at all times.
· Move from site to site to lend to support to other facilities functions from time to time as per Regional HQ office's advice
· Liaise with Landlords on issues related to office premise
· Liaise with Administrator on facility-related inquiry, when necessary.
