One of system integrator (IT company) is seeking dynamic and integrity persons to fill our vacant positions as follows :
1. CUSTOMER HELPDESK
- Male / female max 30 years old
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- At least 1-2 of years' experience in service desk / technical desk support
- Good communication skills
- Good support knowledge in Microsoft products, email system, MS Windows OS and Office suite of product
- Having knowledge in Service Desk application or other Helpdesk application
- Good Knowledge in IT Desktop Peripherals (PC, Notebook, Printer, Scanner, etc)
- Good knowledge in various business application environment
- Customer focus, with exceptionally good customer service, inter-personal and telephony skills sets
- Process oriented
- Able to perform in fast moving and demanding environment
- Able to multitasked
- Team player who is self-motivated, self-disciplined and initiative
2. NETWORK ENGINEER
- Male, max 35 years old
- Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering ( Computer / Telecommunication ), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Good command in English, both spoken and written
- Good skills in internet application and concept
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot with network equipment such as router, switch, firewall, etc
- CCNA, CCNP or other international certification is preferable
- Knowledge in TCP/IP and OSI 7-layer
- Working experience min 2 years
- Strong experience in level 2 customer support and trouble ticket escalation ( at least 1 years )
- Able to show network knowledge deeply, such as IP Networking, Routing ( Adaptive ) and Addressing
- Strong knowledge and experience in Routing protocols like OSPF, TCP, RIP etc
- Support of multi-vendor networking products
- Self motivated, initiatives, energetic, and able to work as a team
- Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout the organization
- Able to work under pressure, think clearly and identify risks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Male, max 35 years old
- Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Good command in English, both spoken and written
- Good skills in internet application and concept
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot Desktop Equipment such as PC, Notebook, Printer, etc
- Knowledge in PC, Notebook, Printer, etc
- Working experience min 1 years
- Strong experience in level 2 customer support and trouble ticket escalation ( at least 1 years )
- Support of multi-vendor desktop products
- Self motivated, initiatives, energetic, and able to work as a team
- Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout the organization
- Able to work under pressure, think clearly and identify risks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
