PT. Yepeka Usaha Mandiri, membutuhkan civil engineer dengan persyaratan sbb :

 

1. 2 (dua) orang Sarjana Teknik Sipil pengalaman minimal 3 tahun.

2. Menguasai program microsoft office

3. Menguasai program analisa struktur (Staad atau yang lainnya)

4. Menguasai program penggambaran (Autocad)

5. Menguasai desain bangunan/stuktur, soil improvement, dinding penahan tanah/slope stability maupun sarana-prasarana lain seperti jalan, saluran, plumbing dll

6. Mampu membuat general specification  maupun individual specification untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaan (desain dan construction) teknik Sipil

7. Mampu membuat bill of quantity dan RAB (rencana anggaran & biaya) proyek.

8. Mampu melakukan review terhadap semua hasil perhitungan/desain pekerjaan teknik Sipil dan semua disiplin terkait

9. Mampu membuat dan melakukan review metode kerja pelaksanaan pekerjaan Sipil dan disiplin terkait.

10. Mampu melakukan supervisi pada pekerjaan teknik Sipil dan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi di lapangan.

11.Umur pada saat mengajukan lamaran kerja tidak lebih dari 30 tahun dan diutamakan tidak merokok.

12.Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang – Kalimantan Timur

Assistant Regulatory Affairs Manager (location Jakarta).

To ensure that registration and other regulatory approvals for Fonterra Brand Indonesia products as well as ensuring that products in the market comply with the government regulations in all aspects and with the principles and practices in the Fonterra Brand Indonesia Compliance Principles, Food Safety and Quality Manual. Responsibilities:

1.     Regulatory Approval:

  • Effective, timely management of the process required for seeking registration and other regulatory approvals including halal for Fonterra Brand Indonesia product to ensure legal requirements are met
  • Ensure accuracy of nutrition-related health or content claims messages for registrations & approval processes

2.     Provide sufficient Regulatory information to support product branding.

  • Prepare and give feedback to Brand Team inquiries regarding labelling, claims, product safety requirements
  • Update and maintain solid understanding on new regulation and government policies related to product/regulatory approval

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in food technology and public health.
  • Minimum 2 years as regulatory affairs officer
  • Has effective relationship with key contact of BPOM, LPPOM MUI in terms of technical compliance, regulation and halal matters
  • Effective communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Industry background: dairy or food product

Plan, develop, evaluate training module as well as execute & facilitate training to improve employee competency to achieve business objectives. Post Code: STM.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan and conduct training need analysis on each functions.
  • Develop and improve training module as well as training schedule to ensure all training programs are well implemented in accordance to standard quality, budget and business objectives.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and deliver training and leaning program as planned and ensuring designated employee are well trained in accordance to standard position description.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary improvement for the next program.
  • Provide training report in relation to man-days, programs & budget spent, program effectiveness and review for the future training program.
  • Liaise with training provider for training execution and module development.
  • Coordinate documentation and administration requirement in relation to planning & execution of training & learning program.
  • Keep abreast with training & learning trends and new approach through internet and building networks with HR / professional trainers in the same and different industry. When necessary, initiate to conduct benchmarking study with other companies which have world class/best practices training and development.
  • Prepare training budget, administer training system, and ensure proper documentation for employee program and training manual / materials.
  • Develop trainer in each department & facilitate sharing knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably master degree in any discipline.
  •  5-7 years in training management and has minimum 3 years experience as Sales Manager
  • Has a strong knowledge in sales  & distribution system within FMCG & multi national company.
  • Strong consumer and inter disciplinary focus
  • Effective communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in training system deployment and administration.
  • Industry background: FMCG, dairy or food product

1.      Training Officer ( TRO )

Conduct & facilitate training program, develop training modules, run TNA & post training performance consulting. Responsible for the coordination, administration and maintenance of the variety of training programs.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Psychology

·         Having a minimum of 2 years experience as a trainer

·         Having strong ability to define TNA

·         Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill

·         Good command in spoken and written English is a must

·         Willing to travel

 

2.      Recruitment Officer ( REC )

Responsible in all process of recruitment and selection

 

Requirements:

·         Graduate of  Psychologist (  Profession )

·         Having a minimum of 2 years experience in doing the assessment

·         Good command of spoken and written English

 

3.      Sales Executive (SE)

Grow sales in existing customers and develop new business opportunities

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Food Technology / Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Animal Nutrition

·         Preferably having a minimum of 1 year sales experience; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

·         Good command of spoken and written English

·         Ability to travel and work independently are a must

·         To be posted in Jakarta, Surabaya and Semarang

 

4.      Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Partnering with Sales Executive, to ensure all back office sales activities are completed and simultaneously grow the business

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Any Major
  • Preferably having a  minimum of 1 year experience as Customer Service; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer literate with ability to operate PC and MS Windows
  • To be posted in Jakarta and Tangerang

 

5.      System Engineer (SYSENG)

Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test & debugs computer programs; preparing technical documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  • Having wide knowledge of  Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic.net, Java, My SQL and Oracle
  • Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as a Programmer or Application Engineer

 

 

6.      Technical Support – IT (TS – IT)

Responsible of networks and PC’s installation and troubleshooting

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology

·         Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as Technical Support Hardware with experiences in  windows and Microsoft office installation

·         Having wide knowledge of Network

 

7.      Application Support (APPLISUP)

Responsible for program applications installation, trial the programs and deliver training or provide information to the customers how to use the programs

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Computer Science

·         Having wide knowledge of Human Resources Information System

·         Preferably having a minimum 1 year programming experience especially in developing Orange and HRIS software

 

8.      Business Consultant (BUSCON)

Be responsible in giving solutions regarding application programs needed by customers, starting from identifying the customer needs, determining technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising the new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science

·         Preferably having a minimum 1 year programming experience especially in developing Orange

  • Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience in handling project as Business Consultant

 

9.      Marketing Communication (MARCOM)

To assist sales and marketing by handling marketing collaterals, marketing events, media monitoring and creating & executing marketing plan to effectively represent the company’s products and services to customers and prospects.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communication, Mass Communication or Public Relation

·         Having a minimum of 1 year experience in the same field

·         Good command of spoken and written English or other language(s)

  • Computer literate

 

10.  Accounting (ACCT)

Responsible for good recording of all transactions

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Having a minimum of 1 year experience as Accounting Staff
  • Having knowledge of Accounting System

Lead Supply Chain Management (Code: Lead - SCM)
a. BS in engineering or business administration or related bachelor's degree
b. Should have 10 years experience in supply chain management in high value oil/gas projects
c. Should have experience working with offshore installation company

Senior Bussines Development Manager (Code: Sen – BDM)
a. BS in engineering or a bachelor's degree in a related discipline
b. Should have 15 years experience in business development/marketing/sales in high value oil/gas projects
c. Should have experience working with offshore installation company

Senior Project Manager (Code: SPM)
a. Bachelor in Engineering – Mechanical, Civil or any equivalent field.
b. The holder must have at least minimum 10 years operational experience in Subsea, Marine, Diving, ROV, Survey Operations or other relevant project experience and a sound understanding of the engineering, legal and commercial requirements related to the working environment.
c. Should have at least 3 years work Project Management Experience in a Offshore Installation Company (OIC)
d. Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skill.
e. Excellent analytical skill

Technical Superintendent (Code: TS)
a. Fully certified Marine Engineer or Naval Architect.
b. Has at least 10 years experience in a similar function with minimum 5 years in oil and gas environment.
c. Good command in English both spoken & written.
d. Good communication and Interpersonal skills

Deputy Assets Manager / Equipment Engineer (Code: DAM/EE)
a. Fully certified Marine Engineer or Naval Architect.
b. Has at least 10 years experience in a similar function with minimum 5 years in oil and gas environment.
c. Good command in English both spoken & written.
d. Good communication and Interpersonal skills

Senior Specialist Engineer – Pipe lay Analysis (Code: SSE-PA)
a. Shall have an Engineering Degree (or recognized equivalent).
b. Shall have 5 – 8 years working experience offshore pipeline installation analysis
c. Should be familiar with international codes and standard
d. Should have capability to use OFFPIPE, Orcaflex, and other related software
e. Good command in English both spoken & written.
d. Good communication and Interpersonal skills

Specialist Engineer – Structural Analysis (Code: SE-SA)
a. Shall have an Engineering Degree (or recognized equivalent).
b. Shall have 5 – 8 years working experience offshore structural analysis
c. Should be familiar with international codes and standard
d. Should have capability to use SACS, SAP, ANSYS, and other related software
e. Good command in English both spoken & written.
f. Good communication and Interpersonal skills

Lead Engineer – Rigid Pipelay (Code: LE - RP)
a. Shall have an Engineering Degree (or recognized equivalent).
b. Shall have 10 years working experience offshore pipeline installation analysis, and at least 6 years working experience in Offshore Installation Company (OIC).
c. Should be familiar with international codes and standard
d. Should have capability to use OFFPIPE, Orcaflex, and other related software
e. Good command in English both spoken & written.
f. Good communication and Interpersonal skills

Project Engineer – Buoy Installation (Code: PE - BI)
a. Shall have a minimum 6 years working experience in Offshore Installation Company (OIC).
b. Shall have experience in buoy installation projects
c. Team player with a willingness to share ideas with multi-disciplinary team members
d. Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
e. Possess good planning and organizational skills and be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines
f. Well developed report writing skills

Senior Field Engineer (Code: SFE)
a. Shall have a minimum 5 years working experience in Offshore Installation Company (OIC).
b. Shall have experience in Subsea, Marine, Diving, ROV, Survey Operations or other relevant project experience
