is a Human Resources Consultant Company located in Jakarta

Our clients, a Insurance Company in Jakarta, is looking for professional, who is committed to be part of their team as:

TEAM LEADER (PDA 204)

Requirements :

- Male/Female, max 30 years old

- Bachelor degree from university

- Have 2 years of experience in sales (direct selling, not tele selling)

- Have 1 year of experience leading a sales team

- Training background/experience as a trainer is an advantage

- Can communicate clearly

- Enthusiastic

- Willing to model attitude and behaviors expected from the sales team (enthusiastic, optimistic, actively approaching people, handling rejection well,

ever self improving)

- Willing to move around as weekly sales exhibitions are conducted at various hospitals in JABODETABEK

- Willing to work odd hours as weekly sales exhibitions are conducted most often every Thursday – Saturday from 8.30 – 21.30

- Willing to do office activities on non exhibition days in Kelapa Gading

1. PHP Programmer

Kualifikasi:

URGENTLY REQUIRED

SALES ENGINEER MINING (based in Sumatera/Sulawesi/Kalimantan)

Pursue a challenging and career growth opportunity with a fast growing multinational company. The company, a technical service provider for oil, gas, mining and chemical production companies, is looking for a mechanical engineer skilled in talking about trouble shooting and maintenance solution. He is energetic, self driven with excellent persuasive communications skills and willing to travel within Indonesia.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Technical qualification in science and engineering discipline
Good selling and negotiation skills
Knowledge in mining business in Indonesia (particularly Sumatera & Sulawesi or Kalimantan)
Understanding mining operations and maintenance
Good spoken and writing skills in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage and drive sales within a designated territory
Formulate annual sales projection
Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales projections.
Formulate sales action plan for the assigned territory
Implement strategies for key account management and to provide effective commercial and technical support to all customers and distributors
Implement strategies to further develop and increase sales to all accounts and identify new business opportunities and total market potential within the assigned territory.
Compile and update customer records with comprehensive details on all customers/distributors
Complete promptly customer visit reports and other reports
Conduct plan surveys, seminars and training
Investigate and recommend new products and services for increased market penetration and optimization.

REMUNERATION:
