[vacancy] Urgent : Maintenance Super Intendent & Civil Engineer

PT. Yepeka Usaha Mandiri membutuhkan segera :

I. Maintenance Super Intendent

Job Description :

Prepare, plan, and evaluate all maintenance activities to be carried out by the maintenance technicians (preventive & predictive maintenance, demand maintenance (DM), tur around (TA), shut down, COD/small projects and planning of spare parts) within the maintenance plan and corporate requirements and guidelines, in order to ensure that these can be executed efficiently within agreed timelines and according the applicable quality, SHE, and procedures.

Required level of experiences

At least 5-10 years experience in manufacturing of petro-chemicals plant. A substantial portion of the experience in line management, people management, operations and plant maintenance.

Complexity of the job

· Working with third parties, needed a good ways and effective communication

· Understanding the production process and the various discpline/types of jobs

· Mastery of the english languange and appropriate technology with continues grow rapidly

· Limited of man power, working facilities adn work places in a remote area, making it difficult in mobilization and completion for the urgent work.

II. Civil Engineer

a. 1 orang Sarjana Teknik Sipil pengalaman minimal 3 tahun.

b. Menguasai program analisa struktur (Staad atau yang lainnya)

c. Menguasai program penggambaran (Autocad)

d. Menguasai desain bangunan/stuktur, soil improvement, dinding penahan tanah/slope stability maupun sarana-prasarana lain seperti jalan, saluran, plumbing dll

e. Mampu membuat general specification maupun individual specification untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaan (desain dan construction) teknik Sipil

f. Mampu membuat bill of quantity dan RAB (rencana anggaran & biaya) proyek.

g. Mampu melakukan review terhadap semua hasil perhitungan/desain pekerjaan teknik Sipil dan semua disiplin terkait

h. Mampu membuat dan melakukan review metode kerja pelaksanaan pekerjaan Sipil dan disiplin terkait.

i. Mampu melakukan supervisi pada pekerjaan teknik Sipil dan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi di lapangan.

j. Umur pada saat mengajukan lamaran kerja tidak lebih dari 30 tahun dan diutamakan tidak merokok.

k. Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang – Kalimantan Timur
