Below is the detail requirement of each vacant position:



1.   TAX OFFICER

Responsible for tax calculation, tax reconciliation and administration, also providing supporting data for tax audit.

General Requirements:     

-          Bachelor degree of Accounting or Finance from reputable university

-          Minimum 2 years experience working in Accounting or Tax Department

-          Good skill in working with Microsoft Office Application

-          Brevet A & B would be an advantage

 

 

 

2.   MONEY MARKET OFFICER

Responsible for all of back office administration in Investment Department.

General Requirements:     

-          Female, 22 - 28 years old

-          Bachelor degree of Accounting or Finance, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

-          Good skill in working with Microsoft Office Application

-          Good communication skills in English

-          Attention to detail and well-organized person

 

 

3.  FINANCIAL SERVICE ADVISOR

Responsible for promoting and selling Sequislife products based on customer's need and objective to increase market share.

General Requirements:

-          23 – 30 years old

-          Diploma or bachelor degree from any mayor

-     Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Minimum 1 year working experience in marketing field will be an advantage)

-     Have a good appearance, self motivated, creative, energetic and ambitious

-     Excellent communication and presentation skill



4.   CLAIM ADMINISTRATION

Responsible for registering and updating claim documents; as person in charge to cooperate with claim vendor.

General Requirements:

-     22 - 30 years old

-          Diploma or bachelor degree from any mayor (preferably from nursing or public health)

-          Good skill in working with Microsoft Office Application

-          Minimum 1 year experience in claim administration

-          Good communication skills in English

-          Attention to detail

 

 

5.   CLAIM ANALYST

Responsible for handling claim investigation and updating the claim cases.

General Requirements:     

-     Female, 23 - 30 years old

-     Minimum D3 majoring Nursing from reputable university

-     In-depth knowledge of disease and medicine

-     Knowledgeable in MS Excel and MS Word

-     Minimum 1 year work experience in the areas of claim will be an advantage

-     Attention to detail and can work under pressure

 

6. CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER

Responsible for providing assistance and advice to customers.

General Requirements:

-     25 - 30 years old

-     Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university

-     Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service area (experience in insurance/finance industry will be an advantage)

-     Excellent communication skills

-     Have excellent phone manner

 

 

7.   PRICING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsible for pricing and product development, supporting product launching, and actuarial investigations.

General Requirements:     

-          25 – 35 years old

-          Bachelor degree in Actuary, master degree would be an advantage

-          Have 4-5 years experience in life insurance industry

-          Have prophet knowledge

-          Very good in MS Excel applications

-          Good communication skills in English

 

 

8.   INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Responsible for prospecting clients by providing solutions to corporate clients in order to achieve sales target.

General Requirements:     

-          28 – 35 years old

-          Bachelor degree graduate from reputable university

-          Have 3 - 4 years experience in Life Insurance industry, preferably handling corporate clients

-          Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

 

9.    AGENCY ADMIN ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsible for extracting and analyzing agency data to provide valuable input for program/strategy development.

General Requirements:

-          Female, 25 - 30 years old

-          Bachelor degree from reputable university

-          Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Insurance, Financial Institution or Banking

-          Very good skill in MS Excel

-          Have a good appearance, self motivated, and energetic

-          Attention to detail, can work under pressure

 

 

 

10.   TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsible for implement of strategic and technical training and develop training  curriculum and development program, conduct trainings and follow up session, analyze training evaluation, prepare and control training and development budget.

 

General Requirements:     

-          28 - 35 years old

-          Bachelor degree; master degree would be an advantage

-          5 years experience in implementation of training and development program and 1-2 years in managerial position

-          Very good presentation skill

-          Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

-          Good communication skills in English

 

 

 

11.   RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Responsible for fulfilling manpower requirement/target in Telemarketing Department and involved in team development.

 

General Requirements:     

-          28 – 35 years old

-          Bachelor degree of Psychology, Management, Human Resources

-          4 - 5 years experience with sufficient experience in handling massive recruitment process

-          Good communication skills in English

 

 

 

12.   BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SENIOR MANAGER

Responsible for spearheading process development of new business, by developing partnership with both existing customer and potential customers.

 

General Requirements:     

-          30 – 38 years old

-          Minimum 5 – 6 years work experience in business development area in insurance industry, banking or other financial institution

13.   HEAD OF BANCASSURANCE

Responsible for achieving sales via the Banks channel, building and maintaining the existing Bank partners to maximize sales.

General Requirements:     

-          30 – 38 years old

-          Bachelor degree of any majors, MBA degree is an advantage

-          Minimum 5 – 6 years work experience in bancassurance area, with 2 years in managerial level

-          Good communication skills in English

-          Good in interpersonal and networking skill

-          Very good presentation skill

-          High achiever

 

 

 

14.   EXTERNAL RELATION MANAGER

Responsible for developing overall plan and strategy of public relation and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.

General Requirements:     

-          28 – 35 years old

-          Bachelor degree in any major, preferably Public Relation or

-          Communication, master degree would be an advantage

-          4 - 5 years experience in public communication area, preferably in PR Agency or Journalist in Business/Lifestyle media

-          Very good in presentation skill and networking skill
