The Talent Domain Leader within HR BPO works closely with the Solution Architects, Operations Leaders, Technology Teams and Sales & Accounts to define, develop, sell, improve, and integrate a Market Leading Talent Solution. This leader leverages his/her deep Talent domain expertise to drive knowledge related to the market, technology and the Aon Hewitt solution internally throughout the business and externally to new and existing clients. This role reports to the HR BPO Solution Strategy Leader.

Responsibilities Areas

The Talent Domain Leader is responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction for Aon Hewitt?s talent offer within our HR Outsourcing business segment. This role includes direct responsibility for Performance Management, Succession Planning and Learning & Development domains. This leader is responsible for defining the solution in terms of both Services during implementation and ongoing and Technology including the integration with other domains such as Compensation and Recruiting and working with other business segments to implement and operationalize the solution. Specific responsibilities include:

Defining and advancing the offer in terms of services, technology, partners and practices.
Representing our offer in the marketplace with existing and new clients as well as third party advisors
Developing and Managing third party relationships which are part of the offer including software partners (SuccessFactors, SumTotal, SkillSoft, others as contracted)
Participating in the sales process including and working closely with Sales / Solutions to secure new clients: assessing the fit of opportunities to model, responding to and reviewing RFP content, prepare cost models, presenting the Aon Hewitt solution in client solution days and participating in due diligence and transition planning
Working closely with Operations to understand how to improve the model for new and existing clients
Proposing and Evaluating Service and Product additions/enhancements in terms of feasibility and ROI
Building strong internal working relationships with Operations, Third Party Management and Sales.
Qualifications

Deep Talent Process and Technology background; general knowledge of interfacing areas including Compensation and Recruiting.
Client facing presentation and consultative skills
Strong strategic thinker with an ability to execute
Commercial depth including pricing, service levels and contractual constructs
Analytical with strong attention to detail
Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and solutions in writing and orally
Third party relationship management
General understanding of application architecture and integration
Knowledge of HR or HR-ERP solutions with some depth in Talent SaaS solutions
Deep technical experience not required
Ability to quickly understand the Aon Hewitt solution model and ongoing operations
Prior outsourcing experience highly desired
Team management and coaching
Strong relationship management; ability to drive change through influence
4 year degree in related field
