Provide reports and analyse staff cost, recruitment/compensation benefits, etc.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Psikologi/Law with 3-5 years' experience in HR related field

Resourceful, initiative, meticulous, analytical with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
Fluent oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Strong leadership and good inter-personal skills
Good writing and communication skills in English
Has excellent knowledge on Manpower Regulation Law # 13 and strong skill in dealing with industrial relation dispute
Has excellent knowledge on Analyze Contract.
Familiar with tax ( PPh 21 & 26 ) and Jamsostek.
Male / Female,age within 27 – 30 Years old

Maximum age 35 years old
A minimum of 2 years solid brand management and product development experience gained within fashion retail sectors
