1.      Pria / wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun
2.      Berpenampilan menarik
3.      Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi, Perhotelan, Management atau jurusan lain yang relevan.
4.      Berpengalaman sebagai Chief Tenant Relations minimal 3 tahun di bidang Property (ruko, mall)
5.      Mampu membuat budget, SOP, serta laporan bulanan dan tahunan untuk management dan BOD
6.      Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik, dinamis, dapat bekerja sama dengan tim dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
7.      Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
8.      Menguasai Ms. Office dan internet
9.      Berdomisili di Tangerang dan sekitarnya
