Requirements:

  • Able to join us as soon as possible
  • Max 28 years old.
  • S1 Degree majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00.
  • Have at least 2 years experience in:  (1) Finance i.e.: Cash, Banking transaction, Invoicing, AP, AR (2) Accounting i.e.: Preparation of Financial Statement, Handling full sets of accounts and (3) Taxation i.e.: Identifying taxable transaction, Calculation of taxes payable and preparation of tax returns.
  • Having Brevet A&B courses certificates is highly considered. 
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Able to work in high pace environment, tight deadlines, and minimum supervision.

1.   Accounting Manager (ACCTM)

To be responsible for the orderly accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary - for an accurate accounting of the total business results.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Accounting

·         Having a minimum of 3 years experience in Public Accounting Firms with minimum 1 year experience in the same position

 

2.   Tax Staff ( TAXSF )

Responsible for preparing the Tax report up to handling Tax issue

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Accounting

·         Having a minimum of 1 year experience as Tax Staff; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

 

3.   HRD Staff (HRDSF)

responsible in doing the administration of salary payment and benefits, included the administration process of overtime and medical administration

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Law or Economic

·         Having a minimum of 3 years experience as Human Resources Department in handling HR Payroll Calculations and preferably have the knowledge of Man power government regulations

·         Having experience in Food and Beverages Industry will be an advantage

·         Preferably domiciled in West Jakarta or North Jakarta

 

4.   Training Officer ( TRO )

Conduct & facilitate training program, develop training modules, run TNA & post training performance consulting. Responsible for the coordination, administration and maintenance of the variety of training programs.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Psychology

·         Having a minimum of 2 years experience as a trainer

·         Having strong ability to define TNA

·         Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill

·         Good command in spoken and written English is a must

 

5.   Recruitment Officer ( REC )

Responsible in all process of recruitment and selection

Requirements:

·         Graduate of  Psychologist (Profession)

·         Having a minimum of 2 years experience in doing the assessment

·         Good command of spoken and written English

 

6.   Legal Officer (LEGO)

Be responsible for documents keeping, Legal Drafting and Advise, and for Corporate Actions arrangement.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Law, specifically majoring in Business (Keperdataan)

·         Having a minimum of 3 years experience in the same field

·         Good command of spoken and written English also Mandarin

 

7.   System Engineer (SYSENG)

Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test & debugs computer programs; preparing technical documentation.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Computer Science

·         Having wide knowledge of  Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic.net, Java, SQL Server

·         Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as a Programmer or Application Engineer

 

1.   Sales Executive (SE)

Grow sales in existing customers and develop new business opportunities

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Food Technology / Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Animal Nutrition

·         Preferably having a minimum of 1 year sales experience; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

·         Good command of spoken and written English

·         Ability to travel and work independently are a must

·         To be posted in Jakarta, Surabaya and Semarang

 

2.   Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Partnering with Sales Executive, to ensure all back office sales activities are completed and simultaneously grow the business
