Responsibilities:

·                Your responsibilities include receiving customer’s complaints, address and follow up the complaints to relevant parties.

·                You will be also providing support to external sales functions (i.e. doing telemarketing, responding to phone orders, general customer enquiries and invoice queries).

 

Requirements:

·               Ideally, you will have customer service experience in a medium size business for at least 3 years.

·               You will have clear communication skills, work well in a team environment and have strong computer skills.

·               You will also be able to take responsibility for all work activities and act professionally when interacting with others.

·               It would be advantageous to have worked in the Manufacturing/Engineering industry, and your flexible and self-motivated nature will ensure your success in this role.

·               You are preferably graduated from Communication or Public Relation School or Industrial Engineering background.

Sales Engineer - Motor Vehicle Indonesia          (SE - MVI - ACTA -ACI)

 

Reporting to the Business Line Manager, main responsibilities for this position include:

 

·         Sales of Atlas Copco Industrial Tools range to Motor Vehicle Industry customers in the designated area in consistency with Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly System – MVI division and Atlas Copco Indonesia  marketing strategies, goals and targets.

·         Increase territory sales and market share in the assigned area and to provide assistance in the other area when required by Business Line Manager.

·         Develop and enhance good working relationship with all key accounts in the area, potential customers as well as internal colleagues in order to grow the business in the region.

·         Maintain excellent; up-to date record system for accounts and products and to have a territory continuity strategy on file.

·         Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to the Business Line Manager, such as pricing situations and status of competitive activities and products, relative the success of marking strategies and programs for the territory.   

 

Experience requirements

Excellent sales record from similar position selling high quality products to Industrial users. Previous experience from working in a foreign company is a plus.

 

Knowledge

·         Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Japanese is preferred.

·         Good presentation skills and communication skills.

·         Computer literate: Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.

 

Educational requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the Industry.

II.  PERSYARATAN

      A.  Persyaratan Umum

1.      Warga Negara Indonesia yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan taat kepada Pancasila dan UUD 1945;

2.      Sehat jasmani dan rohani;

3.      Lulus pendidikan formal D3 atau S1;

4.      Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota Partai Politik;

5.      Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS/Calon Anggota TNI/ POLRI, atau anggota TNI/POLRI;

6.      Tidak pernah menggunakan zat-zat psikotropika/Narkoba;

7.      Tidak pernah diberhentikan  sebagai PNS / Anggota TNI/POLRI;

8.      Tidak pernah diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;

9.      Tidak pernah atau sedang menjalani pidana penjara karena kasus kriminal;

10.  Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

B. Persyaratan Khusus

1.      Memenuhi persyaratan jenjang pendidikan jurusan atau program studi yang sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia;

2.      Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif minimal 2,5;

3.      Berusia   setinggi-tingginya   33    tahun    untuk   S1   dan  28  tahun  untuk  D3  per 31 Desember 2008.

 

III.      PENDAFTARAN

1.      Pendaftaran    lamaran   dibuka   tanggal   29   Oktober    2008     dan    ditutup    tanggal 7  Nopember  2008 pukul 15.00 WIB;

2.      Surat Lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri di atas kertas folio bergaris dan ditujukan kepada :

     Kepala ANRI c.q. Panitia  Penerimaan  CPNS  ANRI, Jl. Ampera Raya Nomor 7, Jakarta Selatan 12560, dengan  dilampiri :

 

 

a.      Fotokopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku;

b.      Fotokopi Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;

c.      Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat dari Dokter;

d.      Fotokopi ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang (Surat Keterangan Lulus dan/atau Ijazah Sementara tidak dapat diterima);

e.      Foto copy Kartu Pencari Kerja (AK1) dari Kantor Departemen Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;

f.       Daftar Riwayat Hidup;

g.      Pas Photo ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 5 (Lima) lembar;

3.  Dalam lamaran harus menyebutkan nama jabatan yang akan dilamar dengan mencantumkan kode jabatan di sebelah kiri atas amplop.                      

 

IV. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI

1.      Bagi pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan administrasi akan diumumkan melalui papan pengumuman atau Website ANRI www.anri.go.id pada tanggal 8 Nopember 2008;

2.      Bagi pelamar yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan administrasi tidak akan diumumkan;

3.      Pengumuman melalui Website dan Papan Pengumuman dianggap sebagai surat panggilan;

 

V.  MATERI DAN PELAKSANAAN UJIAN    

A. Materi Ujian

Materi Ujian Penerimaan CPNS ANRI dilaksanakan dalam 3 (tiga) tahap, yaitu :

Tahap I       : Ujian Tertulis, terdiri dari 2 (dua) Materi yang diujikan yaitu :

1.                  Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD);

2.                  Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB);

Tahap II      : Bahasa Inggris

                   Bagi yang lulus Ujian Tahap I dianggap layak untuk mengikuti ujian berikutnya dan akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti Ujian Tahap II

Tahap III     : Ujian Wawancara

                   Bagi yang lulus Ujian Tahap II dianggap layak untuk mengikuti ujian berikutnya dan akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti Ujian Tahap III.

      B.  Pelaksanaan Ujian

1.      Ujian  tertulis akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15  Nopember 2008;

2.      Tempat Ujian Tertulis dilaksanakan di ANRI.

             

VI. KETENTUAN LAIN

1.      Ujian penerimaan CPNS ANRI tidak dipungut biaya apapun;

2.      ANRI tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan ANRI atau Panitia.
