[vacancy] Vacancy: Technical Supervisor (Junior Chef) - Bakery & Casual Dining (Jogja)

Technical Supervisor (Junior Chef) – Bakery & Casual Dining (Location Jogjakarta)
Search, create and develop sales opportunity, particularly at bakery & casual dining channel and conduct excellent product demo (cooking) program execution. Post Code: TSJG
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop & maintain sales volume & relationship on the assigned channels, i.e. bakery, hotels, restaurants and cafe
  • Work closely with the Foodservices Channel and Technical team for product demos and promotion activities
  • Prepare work planning, monthly sales target and its execution
  • Provide information about competitor product
  • Provide regular monthly sales reports, including sales opportunity
  • Control stock availability both in distributor and outlets
  • Plan to do business development in the area through joint promo or demonstration

Requirements:

  • Has a degree in Hotel & Tourism
  • Understand recipes development / cookery
  • Able to conduct product (cooking) demo to customer
  • 1-2 years experience as chef and has sales (selling skill) background
  • Industry background: dairy, food product, F&B and FMCG

Gramedia Printing Group is the largest publication printer in Indonesia. We print national and international newspapers, magazines, books as well as promotional materials. Since, we will expand our services to packaging company and to South East Asia by 2010. We are urgently seeking highly qualified candidates for the following positions:

 

Account Executive (AE)
(Surabaya, Bandung & Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Responsible to propose, acquire and maintain orders (books, newspaper, magazines, promotional materials and packaging)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in business-to-business sales/account executive in packaging / printing company
  • Business and customer oriented with wide networking experience
  • Target oriented, excellent persuasive skills, attractive personality, sociable and good analytical thinking

  1. Plan, coordinate and administer the strategic goals of Procurement Services in order to meet the needs of the company.         ,
  2. Provide strategic direction for university-wide procurement efforts; participate with company leadership in the establishment, communication and implementation of business goals.           ,
  3. Establish business targets for cost savings.               ,
  4. Plan, coordinate and administer the operational, financial, administrative, and technical operations of the procurement process.             ,
  5. Implement procurement strategy and policies and forecast procurement needs.
  6. Continually develop expertise to support growth for new projects.         ,
  7. Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers.       ,
  8. Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved.      ,  
  9. Review quotations.     ,
  10. Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.     ,

  18. Develop and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase products.       ,

  20. Liaise with Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.       ,
  21. Responsible for arranging all drivers time schedules according to the need of university's operational.       ,


Job Requirements :           ,

  1. Male / Female, max 35 years old.          ,
  2. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any related field in the education environment or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.       ,
  3. Must be bilingual English/Indonesia (oral and written).          ,
  4. Prior experience at least 7 years in Procurement/General Administration environment required and min. 3 years at managerial level.        ,
  5. Must possess problem-solving skills and basic knowledge of procurement practice.  ,
  6. Must have an understanding of multicultural people needs and the ability to Identify  and resolve conflict in an efficient and effective professional manner.       ,
