Marketing & Distribution Support Manager (MKT)
- Bachelor degree from any major with minimum 3-5 years working experience in insurance industry especially in contest
- Having the ability in analyzing production data, generate data and implemented in contest analysis, contest target, and contest summary, administrative duties, supporting event management's project
Sales Development Unit Head (SAL)
- Management/business/commerce bachelor degree
- Strong leadership with minimum 6 years
- experience in insurance sales area / bank assurance academy
- Solid knowledge in life insurance
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
- Min S1 from any major
- Management/business/commerce bachelor degree
- Min. 5 years experience, especially in finance and or banking industry
IT Operation Asst Manager (IT)
- Have experience min 5 years working in IT area
- Strong competency in Information technology (including: IT infrastructure, platform and system analysis
Internal Audit Supervisor/Asst. Manager (AUD)
- Bachelor degree from reputable university. Master degree will be a significant advantage
- Possess sound audit skill, with at least 3-5 years working experience with major accounting firm.
Call Center Staff / SPV / Ast. Manager / Sr Manager (CCC)
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum 2 years of experience in Call Center or Customer Service from insurance, banking or other financial services
Claim Analyst Admin/Supervisor/Asst. Manager (Claim)
- Bachelor degree from medical major (medical doctor, pharmacy or nursery)
Underwriting Associate/Supervisor / Ast. Manager (UW)
- Associate or Bachelor degree from any major with minimum 3 years experience in medical underwriter from life insurance
- Having 3 years experience in risk selection and administration from life insurance industry.
Facility & Rollout Management Staff (FRM)
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major
- with minimum 1 years of experience in insurance/banking handling procurement/purchasing/general affair
Recruitment (REC)
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- Have min 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Familiar with psychological tools and behavioral interview method
- Able to work as a team member in high volume work environment.
POS Associate / SPV (POS)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in policy administration management and underwriting.
Trainer (TRA)
- Experience in training area, especially for sales in insurance, banking or other financial institution
- Branch development experience is an advantage
- Willing to travel
Finance & Accounting Staff (FIN)
- Bachelor's Degree in computerized accounting major from reputable university
- At least 1 year working experience in accounting area, preferable from life insurance
Financial Advisor (FA)
- Min D3 from any major
- Max age 30 yo
Administration Staff (ADM)
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum 1 years of experience in administration
- Excellent skills in MS Office Excel program
General Requirements:
Good communication skills, English literacy, proficient PC skills esp. Excel with Pivot Table, ability to work as a team player as well as working individually
