Senior Finance & Accounting Manager (JP 279):

-          Male / Female min 30 years old

-          Min. S1 degree in Finance & Accounting

-          At least 5 years working experience

-          Having managerial experience in manufacturing / FMCG

-          Familiar for accounting matters (AR, AP, etc)

-          Financial reporting of at least 6 factories & plantations

-          Proven knowledge and well understand of taxation regulations & Bonded Zone law

-          Computer literate : Accounting Software, Microsoft Office,  Internet & Email

-          Able to work under pressure

-          Willing to be assigned to the remote location

-          Proven knowledge & ability to communicate in Mandarin & English (written & spoken)

-          An Attractive remuneration package will be offered to suitable candidate

 

 

Assistance Branch Manager (JP 280):

-          Male / Female min 30 years old

-          Accounts for achieving Sales / Order Target

-          Maintain expense level at branch

-          At least 3 years working experience

-          Ability to direct Sales Team

-          Ability to understand P & L to monitor performance

-          Ability to maintain good relationship with big industrial clients

-          Min. S1 degree major in management & economics

-          Have relevant leadership experience

-          Highly communication skills of English & Mandarin (written & spoken)

-          Willing to be assigned out of town

-          An Attractive remuneration package will be offered to suitable candidate

 

 

Branch Manager (JP 281):

-          Male / Female min 35 years old

-          Accounts for achieving Sales / Order Target

Commercial Credit Analyst Manager (JP 108)
 
 
Requirements:
 
-     Male / Female min. 35 years old
-     Min. S1 degree in economics, finance & banking
-     At least 5 years experience in the banking industry
-     Able to communicate & witten in English will be advantage 
-     Pleasent personality, energetic, proactive, independent &
      willing to work hard
-     Willing to be assigned to out of town
-     An attractive remuneration package commonsurate with
      experiences and qualifications will be offered to qualified
      candidate
 
 
 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES 

     Responsible for the assessment and recommendation/decisioning of
        loan proposals within delegated authority, outlining risks and suitable
        mitigants. Minimising loan losses through sound decisions.
     Evaluate and provide strong recommendations to higher approval
        authority levels for credits which fall outside discretion.
     Provide support & guidance to team members so that the credit
        service is delivered in such a way to optimise the balance between risk
        and return and maximise sustainable net profit
     Establish a sound credit culture in Banking Industry
     Provide administrative & reporting framework support to Chief Risk
        Officer
     Assist sales staff to restructure transactions so that they will be
        acceptable from a credit perspective and competitive for the client
     Identify deteriorating credit exposures and assist with development of
        achievable restructuring or exit strategies where required
     Identify opportunities to streamline or otherwise improve the delivery of
        credit risk services or outcomes
     Be available to assist and advise other Bank staff as regards to credit
        policy, lending standards and any other credit related enquiries.
     To develop, coach, and mentor direct reports.

In details, you will be in charge in:

 

  • Creating Investor Interest by developing, printing, and mailing annual report, quarterly reports, and financial press releases;
  • Tracking and analyzing the institutional and retail trading of major blocks of stock;
  • Communicating and disseminating company investment story and financial information; planning and coordinating visits by security analysts and brokers.

To be a successful in the position, you will be:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Accounting or Finance preferably from reputable university
  • Minimum of a year work experience in investor relations position or other position in Finance/Accounting.
  • Previous experience in a detailed analytical role will be essential, in particular analysis of financial models
  • Financial services experience, in particular knowledge of trading environments and shareholders requirements
  • Good solid ground in accounting & corporate finance
  • Experience in communication with external audiences is desirable Fluent
  • English, verbal and writing, is a must
  • Strong Power Point and Excel skills
  •  a proven track record of 'ability to deliver results', organized, timely, responsible
