Purpose of Jobs:
· Ensure effective and accurate proses of all disbursement in related business unit
· Perform duties related to revenue control and prepare related reports
Requirements :
o Diploma 3 Degree or higher in Accounting/Economy

Maintenance Engineering Staff – Building Management

Purpose of Jobs:
· Support building operational activities in BINA NUSANTARA areas, by ensuring building and supporting facility units daily and preventive & maintenance run well
· Conduct daily check and monitor for all equipments & facilities based on daily schedule
· Provide equipment borrowing service activities for Users
· Conduct preventive and corrective actions for all equipments & facilities
· Provide excellent service to all building users
Requirements:
o Min. Diplopma 3 Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
o Max. age 35 year-old
o Preferably Male
o Has min. 3 years working experience in a relevant position
o Possess minimum 3 technical skills needed for operations (electrical, Generator Set, BAS system, CCTV system, transportation system, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Sound System, PABX and Pump)
o Able to read Single Line Diagram
o Understand the principles of Air Conditioner and electricity
o Able to operate various technical and measuring tools such as Multi tester, Clam/Ampere meter, slide-gauge, and Data tester
I.D.O. Staff – Architecture & Structure

· Arrange and recommend the design solutions according to client's need
· Collaborate on design projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development

I.D.O. Staff – Mechanical & Electrical

Purpose of Jobs:
· Support the daily operational activities and ensure effective maintenance action towards related building.
· Ensure the preventive building maintenance and effectiveness of related facilities
· Operates and monitor the facilities usage according to the valid operation procedure (e.g., genset system; Heating; Ventilating & Air Conditioner ( HVAC ); Fire Fighting System; Building Automatic System ( BAS ); Close Circuit Television ( CCTV ))
· Arrange report of daily operation activities (e.g., electricity usage, daily water debit consumption)
Requirements:
o Min. Diploma 3 Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
o Min. 1 year experience in related area
o Hands on knowledge related to electrical system, Generator set, BAS system, CCTV System, fire fighting system, HVAC, Sound System PABX, AC
o Hands on with technical appliances (e.g., multi tester measurement, ampere meter)
Renovation Staff – Relationship Management (Serpong)

· Interpret renovations required and the process for applying necessary permits/documentation.
· Estimate time and materials, and select appropriate construction materials for each renovation project.

· Ensure safe environmental practices at all times
Requirements:
o Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Interior Design
o +1 experience in related area

Counselor – Guidance & Counseling

· Assists BINUS School students that need guidance and support with their academic, vocational, career & personal development welfare
· Maintain the effectiveness of various guidance and counseling program in Serpong
· Support the activity to enhance the existence of guidance and counseling program in the school area
· Participate in giving general counseling provision for teachers and other staff in order to help them perform their personal duties
Requirements:
o Min. Bachelor with Profession degree in Psychology
o Max. age 30 year-old
o Good counseling skills, especially for children and teenager
o Has min. 1 year work experience in a relevant field
o Certified Psychologist
Data & Application Staff – General Operations

Location : BINUS International School Serpong
Purpose of Jobs:
· Responsible for the effectiveness of database and server application usage by user
· Introduce the software application to user in Serpong area:
Ø Arranging orientation application training with the module related (e.g., computer, applications, programs)
· Provide various database/system as required to support the school operations
· Perform a series of test to confirm the readiness of one application before its release
· To take necessary recovery action to the system when sudden problems occurred in the BINUS School Serpong area
· Install needed and required application to users
Requirements:
o Min. Diploma Degree in Computer Science
o Min. 1 year's exp. in related field
o Hands on with various system required and enterprise system internal
General Requirements:
