INTERNAL CONTROL STAFF
Requirements:
· Minimum bachelor degree, preferable in, Accounting or Finance
· Preferable 2 years exposure of working experience in field, focusing to document review and checking.
· Having strong character, accompanied by excellent interpersonal skills, enable the optimum balance to be struck between conduct an investigation process and exercising firm control over the process
· Strong analytical thinking
· Ability to think and act independently
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Skill in interpreting financial records is necessary
· Ability to travel on a moderate basis
· Experience in health sector industry is an advantage
Responsibilities:
· Conduct review to perform audits to determine what gaps exist vs. the policies or in the way the company adheres to them.
· Conduct field visits to ensure compliance to the policies.
· Ensure proper action to correct uncover problems.
· Exercising firm control over the assessment and improvement of compliance, while maintaining the confidence and support of Senior Management (both inside and outside the Department), the user community, the Regulators, and Internal Audit.
· Detects control problems at an early stage and ensures that appropriate measures are taken without delay when quality and efficiency standards are not met.
· Provides line-management report and support when needed from time to time.
