Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in Datawarehouse (DWH) or Finance-related system development
  • Good analysis skill especially in data analysis
  • Familiar with stored-procedure in SQL Server environment
  • Familiar with Business Object (BO) reporting (basic reporting)

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience as Functional Consultant / Business Analyst in Banking projects
  • Has strong knowledge of banking business process
  • Experience in Data Migration
  • Extensive knowledge of Requirement gathering and Analysis

BUDGETING AND PLANNING MANAGER

Jakarta Based


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES

·         Assisting the VP Corporate Planning in the portfolio planning process

·         Support development of Macro Strategy Plan with respect to the strategic direction from PT Telkom

·         Supporting developing portfolio micro strategy plan in line with the overall PT Telkom strategy with the goal of aligning corporate level targets with overall business imperatives

·         Collaborating in creation of consolidated and integrated Portfolio micro strategy documents for long term planning interfacing with Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management divisions

o    Deriving the stakeholder directions

o    Gathering market and business intelligence

o    Tracking corporate performance

o    Executing on the developing and updating core model to support planning

·         Develop annual budget using the portfolio micro strategy

·         Tracking and reviewing overall corporate performance supported by Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management division

·         Supporting setting targets aligned with corporate strategic direction

·         Conducting investment planning based on inputs from Metra's divisions

·         Facilitating the Investment Committee to approve capital projects

·         Execute strategic initiatives related to organization and process

·         Support subsidiaries in the alignment of subsidiary plans to corporate plans with Portfolio Management division, if needed


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

·         Preferably with advanced degree

·         5-7 years experience in consulting, budgeting and / or capital expenditure  planning experience

·         Candidates with understanding of the High tech / Media / Entertainment sector would be a plus

·         Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

·         Demonstrated analytical and quantitative capabilities

·         Strong financial analysis and modelling skills

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Ability to drive multiple processes simultaneously with limited oversight

·         Proven team player and ability to work well with others

·         Demonstrated leadership ability

·         Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

·         Strong time management and prioritization skills

·         Clear focus on execution with quality
