Required Qualifications/Skills: 25 - 35 years old is preferable,
Single, Fluent in English, Education or Psychology Major Degree is preferable, Passionate and Loving children is a must, Creative and Hardworking.

Salary Range: depending on qualifications and experiences.

We seek potential candidates with experience in oil and gas projects

Operation Superintendent/Coordinator

Assisting the Operation Manger in:

- Operation Support (communication with the clients and field services unit, logistics, reports etc.)

The operation support will mainly focus on rig services, top drive services and mud services.

- HSE management (HSE MS implantation field audit, training, HSE Prequal. For marketing )

Requirements:

- Degree holder for Petroleum Engineering or related majors.

- Min. 5 years experience in Oil&Gas Drilling with min. 3 years of field experience.

- Age preferably between 30-40 years, Physically fit
- Computer literate
- English language ability
- Ability to make written reports and presentation to management
- Good communication skills
- Experience as drilling engineer/ operation coordinator for a drilling contractor preferred.

Top Drive Specialist and Mechanical Engineer

- Min S1 in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering From Reputable University
- Having Experience at least 5 years as Top Drive Specialist
- PC Literate with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Verbal and written communication skills in English

- Willing to be placed at Jabung (Jambi) and Sorong (Irian Jaya)

Mud Engineer (offshore)

- Male

- Degree holder for Petroleum Engineering or related majors.

- Having Experience at least 5 years as Mud Engineer (offshore)

- The Candidate should have Certificate of Fire Fighting, Sea Survival, HUET

- Verbal and written communication skills in English

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

General Summary
Reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures the management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company's Standards of Conduct.

Duties and Responsibilities

Set up compliance management system and update compliance program
Implement, monitor, control document, audit, and improve Compliance Program
Managing annual Compliance Training Program (planning , preparing , conducting and evaluation)
Conduct monthly meeting with internal (Union-Management Meeting, Bipartite Meeting, Workers -Management Meeting, HSE meeting)
Train and Monitor Subcontractor
Implement CTPAT program
Follow up and comply all customer complain, customer requirement and government regulation
Send CAP and Action taken on findings issues to buyers
Deliver compliance standard to all Departments
Clients Contact, coordinate with Compliance up country and CEO, Government, NGO and buyers
Research and update new regulation/client's requirement
Improve KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Continuous Improvement
Do Internal audit in every 6 months(CTPAT, Social Compliance)
Do Daily, Weekly, Monthly inspection at all areas
Participate on external/client's training and meeting

Requirements:

At least one year experience in the similar position (from garment industry is preferred)
S1 Degree from reputable university
Familiar with Social Compliance Standard
Familiar with Health, Safety and Environment Standard
Familiar with CTPAT - Custom Trade Partnership Anti Terrorism
Familiar with Local law / government regulation
Able to conduct PDCA on compliance program
Computer literate: MS Office
Good command in English both oral and written
Strong analytical thinking
Have a good communication, leadership, and managerial skill
