Currently is looking for a dynamic candidate for :



Receptionist (RCP-M0910)



Job Description :

Responsible to maintain high level of services in receiving in-coming guests and calls, as well as, to conduct regular HR Administration work.



Requirements :

  1. Female, max. 25 years old
  2. D3/S1, any major
  3. Customer service skill, secretarial skill, filling, typing
  4. Fluent in English and well representative (Good Looking)
  5. Preferably have max. 1 year exp. as Receptionist, Customer Service, Telemarketing or Call center
  6. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  7. Literate with Computer (MS. Office)
  8. Willing to be placed in South Jakarta

Document Controller
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Audit 5S condition on folders
  • Ensure folder and file names per standard
  • Ensure revision levels clearly marked
  • Ensure document state clearly indicated:  In Work,  Released,  Obsolete
  • Ensure all obsolete items moved to relevant folder
  • Ensure change history table completed
  • Ensure only current drawings/WI issued
  • Audit drawings on production floor
  • Ensure obsolete drawings removed from Production floor
  • Check hard copy against soft copy
  • CAM 5S auditing monthly
  • Ensure all changes documented and ECR/ECN/EA processes observed
  • Ensure all ISO documents controlled
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Degree from any field
  • At least 2 years experience as ISO Document Controller or handling technical documents
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Computer literate
  • Candidate with ISO 9001 and 14001 knowledge preferred
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
