 Burung Indonesia didirikan pada tanggal 15 Juli 2002 sebagai sebuah organisasi non-pemerintah yang independen, setelah bekerja selama 10 tahun sebagai kantor program BirdLife Internasional di Indonesia. Burung Indonesia memberikan kesempatan kepada publik untuk bertindak praktis melestarikan burung dan habitatnya di Indonesia.

 

 

Tujuan Program

Burung Indonesia melaksanakan program di kawasan Mbeliling, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penghidupan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat sekitar kawasan Mbeliling melalui pengelolaan hutan partisipatif.

 

Kami sedang membangun tim yang solid dan terampil untuk program dimaksud, dan saat ini kami membuka lowongan yang bersifat segera untuk beberapa posisi penting berikut ini (berbasis di lokasi proyek):

 

1.  Team Leader

Sarjana Strata 1 di bidang konservasi keanekaragaman hayati, pengelolaan lingkungan, sosial, atau disiplin ilmu terkait; Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 7 tahun di bidang yang relevan; Familiar dengan kebijakan pengelolaan hutan, konservasi dan pengelolaan kolaboratif di Indonesia; Memiliki pengetahuan dalam proses perencanaan strategis; Pengembangan proposal dan partisipasi masyarakat; Berpengalaman dalam pelaporan proyek dan relasi donor.

                

2.  Communication & Awareness Officer

Sarjana Strata 1 di bidang komunikasi, edukasi atau keterampilan yang sama; Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang yang relevan; Memiliki pengetahuan dalam merancang dan menganalisis data dan kuesioner survei.

 

3.  Village Facilitator (10 posisi)

Lulusan SMA; Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun; Mampu menjadi fasilitator yang baik; Familiar dengan Participatory Rural Appraisal dan metode partisipatif lainnya; Mampu menulis laporan dengan baik, Memiliki motivasi diri yang kuat, dan kemampuan untuk bekerja dengan pengawasan yang terbatas, memiliki komitmen yang kuat terhadap konservasi alam; Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di lokasi terpencil akan menjadi nilai tambah.

 

4.  Ecotourism Development Officer

Sarjana Strata 1 di bidang pariwisata atau disiplin ilmu terkait; Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang yang relevan; Memiliki pengalaman bekerjasama dengan kelompok wirausaha, kelompok masyarakat, birokrasi pemerintah; Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengembangkan ekowisata, Mampu berbicara dan menulis Bahasa Inggris dengan baik akan menjadi nilai tambah, Terbiasa dengan bisnis ekowisata, dan kebijakan finansial Indonesia; Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di lokasi terpencil akan menjadi nilai tambah.

 

5.  Ecotourism facilitator

D3/Sarjana Strata 1 di bidang pariwisata atau disiplin ilmu terkait; Memiliki pengalaman dalam kegiatan ekowisata; Mampu berbicara dan menulis Bahasa Inggris; Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di lokasi terpencil akan menjadi nilai tambah.

 

6.  Driver

Lulusan SMA; Memiliki Surat Ijin Mengemudi (SIM A); Jujur, mau belajar dan memiliki komitmen terhadap pelestarian alam.

 

Seluruh posisi akan ditempatkan di Flores, NTT.

As a Web Engineer, you've faced big challenges in building scaleable web applications that service hundreds of thousands or millions of users. You understand the dynamic nature of the Web and stay at least two steps ahead. You know your application's peak QPS as well as your phone number and it effects every line of beautiful code you write.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Have written highly scalable web applications, preferably in Java or Scala
  • Have your preference of distributed data store (Riak, Redis, Cassandra, etc.) and use at least one regularly
  • Know web security inside and out (XSS, CSRF/XSRF)
  • Understand the challenges of building social, real-time applications
  • Know the compulsory front-end implementation stack (HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, etc.)

c. Certified Internal Quality Auditor
d. Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas construction company

a. Bachelor in Engineering – Mechanical, Civil or any equivalent field.
b. The holder must have at least minimum 8 years operational experience in Subsea, Marine, Diving, ROV, Survey Operations or other relevant project experience and a sound understanding of the engineering, legal and commercial requirements related to the working environment.
c. Should have at least 3 years work Project Management Experience in a Offshore Installation Company (OIC).

Deputy Assets Manager / Equipment Engineer (Code: DAM/EE)
a. Fully certified Marine Engineer or Naval Architect (Marine engineer qualifications)
b. Minimum of 8 years experience as a Technical Superintendent. Thorough knowledge of the asset management issues, policies and procedures in the offshore industry.

Senior Project Engineer (Buoy) (Code: Sen-PEB)
a. Bachelor Science/Bachelor Engineering – any relevant discipline.
b. The holder must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with 2 years operational experience in Subsea, Marine, Pipe lay, heavy lift, and Diving and/or ROV operations. Must have a sound understanding of the engineering requirements, principles and disciplines related to the offshore construction industry.
c. The preferred candidate will have specific experience with installation of moored buoys for FPSO or similar work.

Senior Project Engineer (Pipelines) (Code: SPE-Pipelines)
a. Bachelor Science/Bachelor Engineering – any relevant discipline
b. The holder must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with 2 years operational experience in Subsea, Marine, Pipe lay, heavy lift, Diving and/or ROV operations. Must have a sound understanding of the engineering requirements, principles and disciplines related to the offshore construction industry
c. The preferred candidate will have a broad range of experience including specific experience with installation of rigid pipelines including CRA pipelines.

Senior Specialist Engineer (Code: SSE)
a. Bachelor Science/Bachelor Engineering – any relevant discipline
b. Shall have 5 – 8 years working experience offshore pipeline installation analysis
c. Should be familiar with international codes and standard
d. Should have capability to use OFFPIPE, Orcaflex, and other related software

Analytical (Pipeline) (Code: AP)
a. The holder must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with 2 years analytical engineering experience in design and installation of offshore developments such as Marine Pipeline, Offshore Platforms and subsea architecture. Must have a sound understanding of the engineering requirements, principles and disciplines related to the offshore construction industry
b. The candidate must have specific experience with installation analysis related to offshore pipelines.

Requirements :
  • Strong proactive and open-minded attitude
  • Familiar with Bonded zone customs regulation,
  • Familiar with customs clearance processing using MIGAS Master List facility
  • Having experience preparing customs documents processing
  • Preferable having experience on customs audit
  • Hold Customs Certificate (PPJK)
  • Proficient in English language
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Customs Field
  • Computer proficiency
  • Willing to be placed in CILEGON

Prestigous property consulting is looking for passionate people at this positions:

1. Manager Consultancy (advisory)

-degree in real estate/town planning/architecture/economic/finance

- master degree would be an advantage

-strong analytical and financial skill (cash flow modelling)

-able to write in good english, TOEFl 600

-good knowledge of property market (office/condomiminum/residential/hotel and retail)


2. Building Manager

-Hands-on experience as Building manager for apartments

-familiar with strata title rules for apartments

-possess knowledge on Engineering

-accounting and other building management aspects,

-willing to work overtime if needed

3. Engineer

-Education background: S1 Electro/Mechanical

-Experience in conducting M&E Audit & Energy Audit on high rise buildings and examining client's property according to our audit standard, preparing audit report.

-Minimum1 year experience in same position.

4. Manager Valuation

-Have more than 5 years experience as a property valuer in other KJPP.

-MAPPI-T Member.

-Have passed the P3 / P4 Test and/or USP Test.

-Master in conducting valuation using income approach with discounted cash flow method.

-S1 or S2 from reputable university (locally or overseas).

-Fluent in oral and written English.

-An independent individual but can lead and supervise a team of valuers.


5. Senior Valuer

-Have more than 3 years experience as a property valuer in other KJPP.

-MAPPI-A or MAPPI-P Member.

-Have passed the P1 / P2 Test and/or P3 / P4 Test.

-Preferably is able to assist valuation using income approach with discounted cash flow method.

-S1 or S2 from reputable university (locally or overseas).

-Good in oral and written English.

-An independent individual but can work as a team.

6. Investment/Capital Market Mgr

-Pendidikan S1 dari Arsitek/Planologi/Ekonomi/Business dari good university

(lulusan luar negeri is a plus point)

-Pengalaman 5 tahun dalam bidang property (terutama industrial/commercial/land bank) di perusahaan nasional/internasional

-Track record nilai penjualan di atas 20 Bn semakin tinggi semakin baik

-Mampu membuat cash flow ( is a plus point)

-Good English (spoken and written)


7. Junior Valuer

- Pendidikan S1 dari Arsitek/Sipil/Urban planning/Planologi

Pengalaman 1-2 thn

Fresh graduate is welcome

8. SM Accounting Mining

- Pendidikan S1 Akuntansi

- Berpengalaman 2-3 tahun
