- Indeks Prestasi Komulatif (IPK) minimal 2,75 ( dua koma tujuh lima) .
- Kualifikasi Pendidikan sesuai dengan posisi yang tersedia
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik ( lisan dan tertulis );
- Usia tidak lebih dari 28 tahun pada tanggal 31 Desember 2008.

skills :


Marine Supervisor
  • - To Supervise marine operation activities within TI area
  • - To Supervise Swamp Rig Move and other vessel movement activities
  • required a person as the Pilot including its related activities, ie.:
  • pre job meeting, pre Rig move meeting
  • - To Conduct incident investigation if required including create its CTA
  • - To Assist the marine team to conduct safety improvement program, i.e
  • : marine talk, personal coaching to marine crew, safety campaign
  • - To Assist in coordination of support vessels such as tug boat, LCT,
  • barges, AHTS and PSV
  • - To Supervise and plan anchoring operation of various barges and
  • support vessels

Marine Coordinator
  • - To Supervise marine operation activities within TI area
  • - To conduct incident investigation if required including create its CTA
  • - To assist the marine team to conduct safety improvement program i.e
  • : marine talk, personal coaching to marine crew, safety campaign
  • - Vessel inspection prior entering TI area particularly for project
  • - Regular inspection for all in-service vessels within TI particularly
  • for project
  • - Full aspects of vessel inspection covering structures,
  • accommodation, machinery, navigational equipment, safety appliances
  • and crew assessment
  • - Supervision and analysis services for new building vessel project
  • - Supervision and analysis services for vessel docking and repair
  • activity of project vessel
  • - Plan, issue procedures and supervise as marine representative of
  • various project vessels

Qualification
  • • Minimum ANT 3 and must hold pilot license
  • • Minimum 5 years experience of upstream petroleum related offshore operation.
  • • Computer literacy
  • • Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must
  • • Ready to be located in remote area

ON THE JOB TRAINING IN MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS (CONTRACT BASED FOR 6 MONTHS)


Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Mass Communications.

Requirements:

1. Able to communicate well (written and orally) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
2. Have some experiences in writing, media relations, preparing press releases, and publications.
3. Proficient in MS Office, familiar with Adobe Photoshop or InDesign is an advantage.
4. Experienced in event management / organization.
5. Initiate internal and external communication improvements.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with Communication Ambassador Team consisting of representatives from various departments and projects for supplying information/ news with regards to their activities and performance for the various internal communications media.

2. Assist in managing internal communications events.

3. Assist in managing and improving Petrosea Net in order to attract interests of the employees in accessing the intranet.

4. Assist in managing PetroSpective quarterly internal newsletter.

5. Initiating new tools that are effective to improve internal communications.

6. Responsible for the internal announcements within Petrosea and work closely with HR on policies and guidelines for the employee communications.

7. Assisting the MarComm Coordinator with media relations initiatives which include development of press release, news update, and process improvement on dealing with the media.

8. Assisting the MarComm Coordinator with shareholder and public relations initiatives which include development of Annual Report and AGM/EGM/Public Expose events.

9. Assist in managing external communication events and initiate further improvements and/or new gathering format(s).

10. Assist in managing the contents and improving corporate website in order to attract the interests of external stakeholders to access and gain company information from it.

11. Supporting the initiatives on issue management pertaining to corporate reputations.

12. Assisting the development of corporate publications including annual report and company profile.

13. Supporting the MarComm function to provide the best service and solutions required by its customers.

Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably from Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineering.

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies with multi-sites, 10 years+ total working experiences on mining
2. Formal training in Safety and Risk Management, Internal audit and familiar with Behavior Based Safety (BBS) concept3. Good communication and presentation skills including report writing skills – English is mandatory
4. Able to travel to Project / Sites
5. Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations
6. Computer literate (MS Office).

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, direct, monitor and evaluate Health Safety Environment system, standard, process and procedures to enhance safety awareness among all company’s project in term of minimize serious potential injuries, conform with government regulations and meet ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards in order to faster operations excellence throughout company.
2. Maintain and ensure the implementation of Environmental Management System to meet the current ISO 14001 standards and requirements.

Vacancy : electrical & mechanical technician for Africa

It is informed to those who interested to work overseas that there will be writting test and interview on Saturday-Sunday, 18-19 April 2009 for electrical and mechanical technicians.

Min score of writting test must be 65%. No interveiw for the applicant who fails to get the lowest limit.

For electrical technician, the subjects of writting test are : basic knowledge of electrical, alternators, transformers, motor & motor control, engine controls, power, electronics, protection & safety.

The subjects of mechanical technician tests are about 4 stroke cycle, low engine power output, turbo charging, engine smoke, cooling system, fuel dilution & lubrication.

Test and interview, as well as result information, will be done in the same day.
