Responsibilities:

  2. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  3. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  4. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  5. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

We seek potential candidates with experience in oil and gas projects
 
Operation Superintendent/Coordinator
 
Assisting the Operation Manger in:
 
- Operation Support (communication with the clients and field services unit, logistics, reports etc.)
  The operation support will mainly focus on rig services, top drive services and mud services.
- HSE management (HSE MS implantation field audit, training, HSE Prequal. For marketing )
 
Requirements:
- Degree holder for Petroleum Engineering or related majors.
- Min. 5 years experience in Oil&Gas Drilling with min. 3 years of field experience.
- Age preferably between 30-40 years, Physically fit
- Computer literate
- English language ability
- Ability to make written reports and presentation to management
- Good communication skills
- Experience as drilling engineer/ operation coordinator for a drilling contractor preferred.
 
Top Drive Specialist and Mechanical Engineer
 
- Min S1 in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering From Reputable University
- Having Experience at least 5 years as Top Drive Specialist
- PC Literate with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Verbal and written communication skills in English 
- Willing to be placed at Jabung (Jambi) and Sorong (Irian Jaya)
 
Mud Engineer (offshore)
 
- Male
- Degree holder for Petroleum Engineering or related majors.
- Having Experience at least 5 years as Mud Engineer (offshore)
- The Candidate should have Certificate of Fire Fighting, Sea Survival, HUET
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
