1. Managed Desktop Programming (MDP)

Kualifikasi:

Menguasai bahasa pemrograman Java
Menguasai J2EE (nilai lebih)
Pernah melakukan pemrograman Java dalam proyek berskala besar (nilai lebih)
Memiliki sertifikasi Java (nilai lebih)

2. Unmanaged Desktop Programmer (UDP)

Kualifikasi:

Menguasai bahasa pemrograman C++
Pernah melakukan pemrograman C++ dalam proyek berskala besar (nilai lebih)

3. Hardware programmer (HD)

Kualifikasi:

Mengerti tentang pengembangan microcontroller
Mengerti bahasa assembly dan C
Memiliki kemampuan mendesain hardware
Terbiasa menggunakan komunikasi serial RS232, RS485, RS422
Mengerti TCP/IP
Terbiasa menyolder

4. Web Developer (WD)

PHP, Javascript, HTML, dan CSS
Ajax
JQuery
menguasai ZEND framework merupakan nilai lebih

5. System Administrator (SA)

Server administrator (menguasai distro CentOS merupakan nilai lebih).
Database administrator (menguasai PostgreSQL merupakan nilai lebih).
Network administrator (menguasai Cisco devices merupakan nilai lebih).

6. Documenter (DC)

Diutamakan wanita
Mengerti logika dan algoritma pemogramman
All Office
UML
Rapi dan teliti
Fast learning

Persyaratan Umum:

S1 atau D3 informatika, teknik komputer, ilmu komputer, elektro
Fresh graduate, berpengalaman kerja merupakan nilai tambah
Mampu berbahasa inggris pasif dan aktif.

Provident Agro Group adalah salah satu perusahaan perkebunan kelapa
sawit yang baru tumbuh dan berkembang. Saat ini lokasi kebun kami
tersebar di Sumatra, Kalimantan dan Sulawesi. Untuk mengantisipasi
perkembangan perusahaan, saat ini kami membutuhkan karyawan setingkat
Asisten/Supervisor untuk menempati posisi -posisi sebagai berikut :

1. KABAG. WORKSHOP (4 orang)
dengan kualifikasi :
a. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di perkebunan kelapa sawit sebagai
Mandor 1 Workshop atau Kabag. Workshop
b. Pendidikan minimum STM mesin, lebih disukai D3/S1 teknik mesin.
c. Menguasai perbaikan mesin-mesin alat berat (greader, bomag,
begholoader dsb), mesin-mesin kendaraan, genset dsb.
d. Bersedia tinggal di kebun.

2. KABAG. CIVIL (4 orang)
dengan kualifikasi :
a. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di perkebunan kelapa sawit sebagai
Mandor 1 Civil atau Kabag. Civil
b. Pendidikan minimum STM bangunan, lebih disukai D3/S1 teknik civil.
c. Menguasai pembuatan gambar bangunan (rumah, jembatan dsb) dan RAB nya.
d. Menguasai tehnik pembuatan dan perkerasan jalan serta infrastruktur
lainnya.
d. Bersedia tinggal di kebun.

3. KEPALA AFDELING (7 orang)
dengan kualifikasi :
a. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di perkebunan kelapa sawit sebagai
Mandor 1 Tanaman atau Kepala Afdeling
b. Pendidikan minimum SMK Pertanian, lebih disukai D3/S1 Pertanian.
c. Menguasai teknis perkebunan kelapa sawit.
d. Bersedia tinggal di kebun.

4. KABAG KEUANGAN (3 orang), KABAG. GUDANG (2 orang) dan KABAG. HRGA (3
orang)
dengan kualifikasi :
a. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di perkebunan kelapa sawit.
b. Pendidikan minimum SMA, lebih disukai D3/S1 Ekonomi.
c. Menguasai pembuatan laporan keuangan (Kabag. Keuangan), Inventory
Control (Kabag.Gudang) dan UU Ketenagakerjaan (Kabag.HRGA)
d. Bersedia tinggal di kebun.

5. ASISTEN CD (4 Orang)
dengan kualifikasi :
a. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit.
b. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam menangani ganti rugi lahan.
c. Mempunyai kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat dan
instansi terkait.
d. Bersedia tinggal di kebun.

6. MT Tanaman
dengan kualifikasi :
a. Fresh Graduate, S1 Pertanian
b. Berumur maksimal 25 tahun.
c. Bersedia menjalani pendidikan dan ikatan dinas selama 2 tahun.
d. Bersedia tinggal di kebun.
