1. Financial Controller Division Head      (FC DH – AIG)

Responsibilities:

  •   Manages accounting function in data processing and financial information to provide accurate report in timely manner
  •   Manages and control plans, report and tax payment in accordance to government regulation
  •   Plans, manages and controls cash flow, debt management to ensure financial liquidity
  •   Plans, manages and controls budget effectively and efficiently
  •   Plans and develops financial and accounting system and procedure and control implementation to ensure all financial process and transactions running well and minimizes financial risks
  •   Develops and coordinates necessary and appropriate accounting and statistical data for all departments of the business to meet the needs and management and statutory reporting

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  •   Understudy the accounting process and financial reporting
  •   Preparation of timely, accurate and quality statutory financial statement and analysis to local management, auditor and regulator (MOF, AAJI).
  •   Proactively ensure efficient and compliant processes are followed in undertaking financial accounting and reporting
  •   Involvement in preparation accounting treatment and reporting comply with local GAAP (PSAK) and insurance regulator (MOF and AAJI)
  •   Involvement in IFRS project implementation and subsequent reporting using IFRS
  •   Oversee and mentor the subordinate with regular review for performance and development of technical knowledge
  •   Preparing, manage and conduction on Month End, Quarter End and Year End process with tight deadlines.
  •   Dealing with accounting and auditing issues, it’s been related with internal audit, regional audit, ISO and external audit.
  •   Manage and administer the general accounting activities including the preparation of reports and analysis.
  •   Analysis and responsible monthly Financial Statements (Profit Loss and Balance Sheets).
  •   Analysis account (all GL balance)

  •   Planning & Budgeting
  • o   Coordination and Preparation of annual budget.
  • o   Preparation of quarterly forecasts/estimates.
  • o   Assisting with implementation of an automated budgeting solution in 2010  Budget Control
  • o   Maintain and control daily budget requests from all divisions.
  • o   Review Marketing / Business Plans.
  • o   Review monthly budget reports (budget vs actual).
  • o   Analysis and preparation of commentary after reviews
  •   Reporting
  • o   Preparation of the annual budget related reports/templates to Regional Office. (Business Outlook, Production, Profit & Loss, Expenses, Cash Flows, Capex, Capital Planning, etc).
  • o   Preparation of  the quarterly estimate related reports to Regional Office.
  • o   Quarterly analysis reports on the Profit and Loss, and Expenses variances to Regional Office.

  • o   Preparation of Management Information and Reports required by local management.

 

Requirements:

  •   Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Certified Accountant qualification
  •   4-5 years of experience in budgeting and Management Information.
  •   Insurance industry experience preferred.
  •   Financial Services experience necessary.
  •   Excellent analytical ability and spreadsheet skills (Ms Office, Access).
  •   Good communication skills and Proficiency in English.
  •   A team player, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines, able to work independently under minimum supervision.

 

 

5.      General Accounting Staff              (GAS – AIG)


(Banten - Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang)

 

Responsibilities:

  •   Preparation of timely and accurate accounting treatment entries for new product (Product Development).
  •   Proactive attend product development meeting.
  •   UAT and prepare commentary to support UAT result.
  •   Prepare monthly commission accrual entries.
  •   Prepare monthly commission reconciliations and follow up with related Divisions for the outstanding.
  •   Analyze and prepare commentary to support financial review
  •   Involvement in the IFRS project implementation and subsequent reporting using IFRS
  •   To achieve other tasks as delegated by Manager/Supervisor

 

Requirements:

  •   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  •   At least 2 year(s) of working experience in general accounting.
  •   Highly proficient in English is must, both written and spoken
  •   Good analytical skills
  •   Good interpersonal and communications
  •   Competent with computer applications (Microsoft based office, especially excel)
  •   Able to work independently as well as a team, work well under pressure and fast learner
  •   Having good Local GAAP knowledge (PSAK)
  •   Life Insurance background preferable but not compulsory

Requirements:

  •   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  •   At least 1 year(s) of working experience in financial reporting preparation
