Requirements:
· Minimum diploma education
· Fluent spoken and written English, fluency in a Japanese language a plus
· 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably gained from the hospitality industry
· Posses computer skills, such as Words, Excel, Power point and Email software
· Possess strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and team spirit
