We appreciate that our application form is time consuming and isn't easy to complete, so it is important that you prepare well before filling it in.

 

 

Your first Unilever challenge!

First of all, our Future Leadership Programme is highly competitive. Only a third of the applicants will be offered a first stage interview, so it is crucial that your application form is an accurate and compelling statement of your interest and suitability for the scheme. If you're struggling to find a response to the questions, it is in your own interests to step back and ask yourself whether this is really the kind of career you want and are suited for. In this sense, our form is the first challenge you'll face from Unilever.

The application form

• Allow yourself plenty of time to complete the application. It is in your best interest to fill it out carefully as this is your first opportunity to make a good impression.
• Answer all of the questions.
• The answers you give in the application form will serve as the basis for your interview with us, so keep a copy of your form and expect to talk in depth about the points you raise.

Be selective, concise and relevant in your answers. Think about the question and try to use examples from all aspects of your academic, working, and social life to convince us that you are ready for the kinds of responsibilities, relationships and tasks that we, as a very large multi-national FMCG company, ask. Please use a different example for each question, and use only the space provided in the form.

The closing date for application is on Friday, 13 May 2011 . However, the sooner you send us yourapplication the better, as we normally face high volume of applicants towards the closing date.
