2. Minimum Experience as a manager of call center 2 years (Banking, Insurance etc)
3. Ability to coach and train
4. Good interpersonal skill
5. Pleasant personality
6. Minimum Bachelors degree
7. Motivated, honest and hard working
8. Grow with and move forward within the company
9. Can speak English actively
10. JABODETABEK area
