Our Client, Multinational Medical Devices Company who has a product in Bionic Ear Hearing URGENTLY looking for perfect individual to fulfill their operation in Indonesia

Requirements:
• Bachelor in Business Administration.
• Minimum 7years industry experience in direct sales, business development and managing distributor.
• Must be a self starter and show initiative in achieving (stretch) goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Cultural Sensitivity and Professionalism
• Excellent Analytical ability
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in various, diverse cultural environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Good established contacts in the ENT community
• Min travel of 35% of time (min twice in a month) for market development, sales and marketing
• Strong Selling and Negotiation skills
