One of our Clients is looking for Manager Employee Relations for the following role.   POSITION TITLE Manager Employee Relations POSITION BASED IN Islamabad - Pakistan CLIENT'S DETAIL MNC Telecom Operator GENDER Equal Opportunity Employer PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE ·         MBA with 8-10 years of experience in Employee Relations / Employee Administration. ·         Succession Record in handling complex ER cases, disciplinary and grievance cases and complex case management ·         Excellent people management skills ·         Ability to work well under pressure ·         Knowledge of ER Laws ·         Relations with Outstanding conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation ability. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ·         Responsible for employee grievances and complaint handling. ·         Handles employee relations inquiries and provides employee relations support to employees and managers ensuring timely resolution. ·         Employee Communications and creating themes around it. ·         Responsible for matters pertaining to policy compliance ·         Responsible for employee engagement. ·         Assumes ownership for all investigation cases. ·         Prepares reports and recommends remedial actions. ·         Collaborates with different groups within the company when needed. ·         Plan employee and companywide activities related to retention of employee engagement. ·         Liaison between HR staff and vendors in any related matter.
