PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

·         Masters Degree in Human Resource related field of equivalent with minimum of 8 years exposure to Recruitment and Talent Management.

·         Experience in the following areas – Preferred

§  Talent Assessments

§  Succession Management

§  Performance Management

§  Development Planning

§  Compensation

§  Learning Management

§  Workforce Analytics

§  Talent Management Governance

§  Talent Mapping

·         Ability to understand and articulate the strategic value of integrated Talent Management processes with strong business acumen.

·         Excellent reporting skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.

·         Effective verbal communication including the ability to relate well with others and ability to adapt style as needed.

·         Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiatives to drive projects.

·         Ability to measure, identify and report on talent within the organization.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Responsible for execution of Performance Management System and its education across board.

·         Devise and execute Talent Management Strategy and tools for the company.

·         Drive Performance Development Plan for employees in post-annual appraisals, implementation of succession development tools, & personality profiling

·         Drive Training Need Analysis and competency mapping exercise across board

·         Replicating group initiatives regarding organizational development  & effective execution of strategic plans

·         Support the development, implementation and monitoring of Talent Planning Programs. Support the talent pipeline

·         Align Talent Management objectives with corporate goals and provide positive operational outcomes.

·         Identify talent management processes that can be enhanced through the use of technology based solutions.

·         Assist in the prioritization of Talent Management process change initiatives as well as developing strategic talent management processes that can be enhanced through the use of technology – based solutions.

·         Review the current Talent infrastructure as well recommend ways to reduce costs and to deliver positive business value through better management of the work force.

·         Capture the functional and technical business requirements for Talent Management technology investments. Streamline and standardize all talent processes.

·         Generate confidential talent review documentation based on objective findings using appropriate talent identification tools.

·         Conduct training needs analysis, synthesize findings, recommend best practices, and write proposals to implement Talent Planning programs and processes.

·         Support the development and implementation of career planning throughout organization.

·         Provide organization development consulting to departments.

·         Perform other job related duties as required.
