· Responsible for execution of Performance Management System and its education across board. · Devise and execute Talent Management Strategy and tools for the company. · Drive Performance Development Plan for employees in post-annual appraisals, implementation of succession development tools, & personality profiling · Drive Training Need Analysis and competency mapping exercise across board · Replicating group initiatives regarding organizational development & effective execution of strategic plans · Support the development, implementation and monitoring of Talent Planning Programs. Support the talent pipeline · Align Talent Management objectives with corporate goals and provide positive operational outcomes. · Identify talent management processes that can be enhanced through the use of technology based solutions. · Assist in the prioritization of Talent Management process change initiatives as well as developing strategic talent management processes that can be enhanced through the use of technology – based solutions. · Review the current Talent infrastructure as well recommend ways to reduce costs and to deliver positive business value through better management of the work force. · Capture the functional and technical business requirements for Talent Management technology investments. Streamline and standardize all talent processes. · Generate confidential talent review documentation based on objective findings using appropriate talent identification tools. · Conduct training needs analysis, synthesize findings, recommend best practices, and write proposals to implement Talent Planning programs and processes. · Support the development and implementation of career planning throughout organization. · Provide organization development consulting to departments. · Perform other job related duties as required. |
