PT. Multi Adiprakarsa Manunggal ('KARTUKU') is a full-service electronic payment network infrastructure provider, providing sales, leasing, rental, and maintenance of card and non-card based payment processing systems to banking customers and merchants.

Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we have vacancy for the following position:

1.  HR Training & Development Supervisor

      Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 3 years of solid HR experiences in Training & Development or Talent Management
• Able to conduct effective Training Needs Analysis, design effective training curriculums & developmental actions, and ensure effective implementations and evaluations.
• Active business English in writing & speaking are preferable
• Experience as trainer and in project management are preferable
• Strong integrity & achievement orientation
• High communication & interpersonal skills with strong teamwork & leadership potential/capability
• High analytical thinking, planning & organizing, & creativity

2.  Senior Finance Specialist

        Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years work experience with international accounting firm or bank
• BACHELOR DEGREE WITH MAJOR IN FINANCE ACCOUNTING FROM REPUTABLE OVERSEAS UNIVERSITY
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel).
• Meticulous and accurate.
• Has ability to use own initiative and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in written & spoken English.
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.

3.  Junior IT Internal Auditor

      Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Informatics with minimum GPA of 3.0
• Have comprehensive understanding on COBIT, PCI-DSS, and ISO audit
• Familiar with business process flow charts
• Familiar with reading technical documents in English
• Familiar with electronic diagrams and server and workstations security settings
• Microsoft Office literate
• Have a strong integrity, hard-working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Have a strong problem solving skill and analytical thinking
• Highly motivated, fast-learner and a good team player

4.   IT Internal Auditor

      Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Informatics with minimum GPA of 3.0
• Minimum 2 year experience in IT Audit with comprehensive understanding on COBIT, PCI-DSS, and ISO audit
• Experienced in creating business process flow charts
• Experienced on reading technical documents in English
• Familiar with electronic diagrams and server and workstations security settings
• Microsoft Office literate
• Have a strong integrity, hard-working attitude and able to work under pressure

5.   Junior Operations Internal Auditor

    Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree major in Accounting or Management with minimum GPA of 3.0
• Have good understanding of operations audit and quality management standards
• Familiar with business process flow charts
• Have good understanding on inventory control
• Microsoft Office literate
• Have a strong integrity, hard-working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Have a strong problem solving skill and analytical thinking
• Highly motivated, fast-learner and a good team player

6.   Operations Internal Auditor

      Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management with minimum GPA of 3.0
• Minimum 2 year experience in operations audit or internal audit with good understanding of quality management standards
• Experienced in creating business process flow charts
• Experienced on doing inventory control
• Microsoft Office literate
• Have a strong integrity, hard-working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Have a strong problem solving skill and analytical thinking
• Highly motivated, fast-learner and a good team player

7.   IT Switch Support

      Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• Mandatory administer servers in UNIX environment, preferably in Sun Solaris System
• Experience in Oracle environment, preferably in Sun Solaris System
• Able to create SQL Queries
• Having experience min. 2-3 years
• Responsible and able to follow explicit instructions
• Comfortable working shifts

8.   IT Network System

      Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• CISCO networking and Windows administration experience is a big plus
• Good communication skills
• Preferably having min. 1 years
• Good project management skills
• Analytical, detail oriented, and driven

9. Software Development

      Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in C/C++/C#/ Java/PHP/VB/VB.Net/ASP.Net/SQL family
• Experience in AJAX/XML/Oracle and knowledge of SDLC is a plus
• Good project management skills
• Analytical, detail oriented, and driven

10.  Business Development Officer (BDO)

 

       Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with min GPA of 3.0
• Attractive, creative, innovative and resourceful.
• Great interpersonal skills and positive attitude in dealing with people.
• Excellent presentation & networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in written & spoken English
• Experience in sales/marketing/business development is a big plus
• With retail solutions background if available.

11. Business Analyst

      Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Min. 5 years of experience in program development and marketing
• Business analysis skills – ability to understand business objectives and translate them into specific requirements
• One of the following technologies – J2EE/ .NET
• Web technologies – HTML / ASP / PHP / JS
• Having knowledge Programming Language VB or C/C++ (preferred)
• Understanding of SDLC and the methodology system
• Excellent oral, written and client presentation skills
• SQL, database design and analysis concepts
• UML
• Microsoft Visio or equivalent, Microsoft Project, SVN

12. Marketing Associate

      Requirements:  

• Bachelor in any degree with min. GPA 3.0.
• Have strong passion in marketing and brand development.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in written & spoken English.
• Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Marketing degree and/or experience preferred.

13. Marketing Communication Manager

 

       Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program development and marketing
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
• Resourcefulness in solving problems
• Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Superior professionalism and judgment
• Strong work ethic

14. Account Manager

    Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience
• Extremely detail oriented
• Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

15. Technical Support Field Officer (TSF)

      (Jakarta, Bandung, Batam, Bali, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Cirebon, Malang, Makassar, Medan, Manado, Padang, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Pontianak, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda, Solo, dan Yogyakarta)

       Requirements:

• Minimal D3 dari semua jurusan, fresh graduates dipersilahkan untuk melamar.
• Lebih diutamakan berdomisili di daerah-daerah tersebut
  
• Memiliki pengalaman tentang EDC (nilai tambah).
• Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan HP.
• Mengenal daerah penempatan dan sekitarnya dengan baik.
• Berorientasi kepada konsumen.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
• Kreatif dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi.
• Memiliki Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Kepolisian atau bersedia membuat jika diterima.

16. Merchant Sales Officer (MSO)

    Requirements:

1.    Pendidikan min.D3 untuk fresh graduate.

2.       Pendidikan SMA/sederajat dengan pengalaman marketing min.1 thn.

3.       Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan SIM C yang masih berlaku.

4.       Pekerja keras & memiliki orientasi terhadap target.

5.       Berpenampilan menarik & komunikatif.

6.       Sanggup bekerja dibawah tekanan.

Fasilitas: Basic sallary, komisi, bonus dan reward jika mencapai target.
