[vacancy] Vacancy : Training and Recruitment Coordinator position
Choice Management Consultants, a fast growing Management Consultants, specializing in HR Management, is currently seeking a Training and Recruitment Coordinator whose primary tasks are to:
· do marketing and selling
· identify potential clients and their needs
· deal with consultants to specify the services required by clients
· prepare proposals
· do the necessary follow-up until order closing
· visit clients
· achieve the agreed-sales target
Required Skills and Knowledge:
· S1 graduated in psychology or management or at least D3 in management
· Experience 2 or 3 years as Training and Recruitment Coordinator preferably in Consultant Company
· Excellent knowledge of training procedures and practices
· Strong in English both written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Able to work with minimum supervision
· Well organized and target oriented
