SEAMEO Regional Centre for Food and Nutrition looking for qualified candidate to fill the following positions:
1. HR Officer ( 1 position) : Assist the PGA Head Unit in her/his duty to perform the human resources management of the Centre
Recruitment Qualification:
• Minimally Diploma degree in Law / Psychology with minimum of one year working experience in Human Resources Management.
• Good knowledge of Human Resources Management and Labor Law
• Honest, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with some good written and spoken English skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Spreadsheet program
2. Finance Staff ( 3 position) : Administer (receive, store, disburse) money ,Assist treasurer in money disbursement and checking its report, implement administration and archiving the official letter and other financial document
Recruitment Qualification:
• Minimally Diploma degree in Finance with minimum of one years working experience in Finance
• Honest, has a good analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work and apply procedures flexibly with high accountability
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with some good written and spoken English skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Spreadsheet program
3. Administration Staff ( 2 position) : Assisting the direct supervisor to administer the overall activities related to the administration and documentation
Recruitment Qualification:
• Vocational school graduate (equivalent to Senior High School) in administration
• Has some experience in administration.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and library software
• Some skills in basic English; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
