1. Senior Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities: - Performs duties planning and designing tools, machines, engines and other mechanical equipment
- Oversee operation, installation, maintenance and repair of equipments
- Research, develop, design, manufacture and test mechanical devices, such as tools, engines and machines
- Providing on-site construction supervision and providing systematic and methodical reports on progress and quality of work to the client
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Fluent in English is a must
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must experience dealing with high rise building
2. Senior Electrical Engineer Responsibilities: - Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
- Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
- Develop projects from concept to completion
- Maintain control of project expenditures to avoid cost overruns
- Conducts field investigations and prepares reports for problems or issues
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have experience dealing with high rise building
3. Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities: - Construction Site Investigation, thoroughly investigate the construction sites on which the construction work is going to happen
- Feasibility Study
- Technical Study
- Detailed Design Development, understand the architectural drafting & design
- Risk Analysis & Management
- Introducing Logic and Creativity in Design Issues
- Budget and Equipment Management
- Check the quality of equipments.
- Finished the project within the stipulated dead line.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Fluent in English is a must
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have experience dealing with high rise building
