CALL CENTER STAFF (CC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Call Center Supervisor, she will ensure customer service excellence to all customers and responsible for call centre operations, telephone order processing, and balance report.

Qualification:

• Female, Nice voice, Single, maximum 25 years old
• Diploma (D3) in any discipline
• Minimum 1 years working experience in service
• Accurate
• Excellent Customer Service
• Excellent communication & Administration skill
• A team player

 

Work Location           : Jakarta

Employee Status       : Contract
