Our client, a leading Group International Hospital is looking for high qualified talented professional to fulfill the position of: Training Manager - Hospital Responsibilities: Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing training programs. Review training needs priorities and delivery methods, using developed materials. Assist in developing training program from designing program, developing training plan, modules and curriculum which align with the required competencies (soft skill training). Administering and managing training by providing a creative, fun and exciting environment in the delivery training sessions. To keep accurate and concise training records. Identify business needs, perform needs/gap analysis and align training interventions (business planning). Customize global modules for specific affiliate needs while preserving the instructional integrity of the global modules. Ensure quality facilitation and implementation of training through accountability for the impact. Build strong skills around business partnering, business planning, and corporate training capabilities. Manage corporate training budget. Requirements: Male/Female, Max 35 years old. Hold S1 or S2 Degree from reputable university preferably from Pharmacist or Medical Doctor  Having experience at least 5 years as a Training Manager and Training Facilitator. Having experience to develop Training Modules and Training Programs in Multinational Company. Have Train-the-trainer skills. Having high attention to details and analytical skills. Good in administration and reporting. Excellent personality with good communication, strong leadership and managerial skills. Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesia. Independent, dynamic and highly self driven.
