Recruitment Officer Responsibilities: - To conduct selection process and induction program for new employee
- To conduct panel review for probationary and promotion employee
Requirements: - Holding Bachelor degree in Psychology and perform profession program
- Min. 1 year experience in recruitment and selection or assessment
- Male/Female with max age 28 y/o
- Broad knowledge and skills of psychological assessment tools
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Computer literate
