Corporate Legal Manager Responsibilities: - Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
- Ensuring that all legal issues for all company contract, tenders, new building vessel and 2nd hand vessel are covered and fulfilled
- Providing legal opinion, review and drafting
- Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing
- Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company.
- Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment and new business ventures
Requirements: - Holding Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
- Min. 5 – 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian law
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Computer literate
