1. Secretary ( Code : Sec )
- To be based in Jakarta
- Hold minimum D-3 graduate from secretarial College/ D-3 or S1 Accounting
- Minimum 3 years experiences executives' secretary
- Proficient deep level of secretarial skill and personal assistant
- Good performance, interpersonal and communication skill
- Computer literate, good in English is a must
- Highly initiative
- Strong motivation, discipline & dedication
- Well organizer, trustworthy and securing confidential matter
- Familiar with tax ( PPh 21 & 26 ) ( Preferably )
- Female,age Max 28 Years
2. Business Development Manager ( Code : BDM )
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· Min. S1 Petroleum Engineer only
· Male, age min. 30 years
· Min. 5 years experienced in sales, preferable oil & gas Industry
· Familiar with tender procedures (PTK 007 and others related guidelines)
· Having broad networking especially in the oil industry
· Target oriented, hard worker, be able to work under pressure
· Assertive, strong drive and managerial skill
· Analytical, creative, systematical thinking
· Fluent in English both written and oral
· Having computer literacy
· Able to work independently as well as a team
· Able to travel within Indonesia & overseas
· Ready to be located outside Jakarta when required
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Manage sales activities to achieve sales projection
· Maintain relationships with existing customer at all levels as well as developing potential new relationships
· Develop sales project
· Provide weekly report sales project
