Pub Operation Manager Required

Location: Chinatown
Operating Hours: 5pm - 3am
Working Hours: 7pm - 3am
Performing artistes from China and Philippines
Live football matches

Reporting to the management team,
successful candidate will be overall in charge of day to day operation of the pub (Including but not limited to)

• Attending to all customer request
• Licensing requirement
• Sales
• Inventory
• Cashiering
• Bar
• Staffing

Requirement

• Strong communication skills
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in F&B field
• Good track record in customer service
• Resourceful and Initiative
• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
