our client,  PT KCME is a coal mining subsid company from Singapore located in Samarinda since 2005 and currently we seek your head hunting expertise to recruit the following personnel on an express basis URGENTLY looking for

The Position are following which will be based in SAMARINDA

3 Senior Mine Planner
Responsibilities:

• Understand mine operation (short, middle and long term planning),
• Supporting Sites with short and long term mine planning/scheduling & design function,
• Prepare short, middle and long term mine planning (production and project),
• Prepare reporting production reconciliation (monthly, quarterly, yearly),
• Active contribute to a positive teamwork engineering and environment at all times,
• Communicated openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:

• Graduated Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineer,
• Minimum of 3 years experience in coal mine engineering projects in areas such as mine design scheduling and planning as well as operational/fields experience,
• Capability to operating Mines cape, Surpac, Xpac and Talpac software,
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian,
• General computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Access,
• Strong leadership, initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management interpersonal skills, teamwork, client focus and be result driven,
• Ready worked in remote area,
• Preferred Hold a "POP" Mining Indonesia competency certificate,
• Strong commitment to safety.

2 senior coal mining surveyor

Resposibility
To provide survey control for the mining, construction and exploration activities. Maintain the mine survey control coordinate system. Weekly pit face and dump face location surveys. Daily set out of ore control blocks. Provides control for the blasthole pegging. Stakes out control for ore control drilling. Provide control and engineering set out for construction activities. Training in all facets of mine, construction and exploration surveying activities. Supervise surveyors and surveyor assistant.

Requirements:

1. Minimum graduated Bachelor Degree of Mining
2. At least 3 years experience in mine surveying position.
3. Over 5 years utilizing HPGPS technologies.
4. Competent user of the Surpac surveying software.
5. Good communication skills both written and oral.

2 Senior Geologist

The candidate should have the following oil and gas industry
-Comprehensive knowledge of the entire exploration cycle
-Interpretating and correlating of well logs and other regional geological data using commercially available software
-Basin modeling and sequence stratigraphy
-Integrating all geological data for regional play analysis, prospect evaluation and appraisal and development activities.
-Working in different geological settings including clastic, carbonates, passive margin and thrust belts terrains
-Prospect volume and risking methodologies and reservoir modeling
-Working knowledge of other subsurface disciplines including seismic techniques and reservoir engineering
-Working with a drilling team to ensure correct inputs for well planning and execution purposes
-Performing special projects and studies requiring advanced geological knowledge and skill to recommended to management better and more cost efficient methods for finding commercial quantities of hydrocarbons and mitigating risk
-Internal and external WP and B preparations for government agencies and joint venture partners
-Dealing with related external government agencies such as BP Migas and joint venture partners when presenting technical justifications for work programs and budgets.
-Mentoring subordinates

Qualifications
-Degree BSc/MSc in Geosciences
-Min 3 years experience in the oil and gas industry
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple ongoing projects, with advice from management
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to challenge others in a constructive manner and negotiate peers, partners and 3 rd parties to influence decisions or ways of working
-Deliver detailed prospect analysis reports in English
-On the job experience of integrated prospect evaluation and resource assessment with modern technology, maturing prospects and make decision for optimally drilling them cost effectively
-Must be a self starter with good decision taking skills with ability to plan and organize workload effectively and a proven ability to work under pressure without sacrificing quality
-Good team player with a proactive and flexible attitude and able to work in a multi cultural environment
-This is a local senior staff role open to applicants of Indonesia nationality only

Technical Requirement

  Must have at least + 12 years of working experience in a Multi National Drilling Company with minimum + 4 years in the similar position

  Experienced with Top Drive System rigs.

  Experienced with CAT Engines, Hydraulic system & familiar with Preventative Maintenance System.

2  chief mechanics

General Requirements:

• Able to demonstrate a reliable safety leadership and behavior, and proven track record to dealing with a multicultural working environment.
• Willing to travel overseas and working on rotational basis
• Must be goal-oriented and having a high level of Problem Solving skill.
• Must be able to communicate in English both written and oral.

1 chief storekeeper

Requirements:

·         Male, max 30 years old

·         Minimum Diploma Graduate in hotel & food educational background

·         Minimum 1 year experience in similar position

·         Highly motivated, discipline and service oriented

·         Computer Literate

·         Good Command of English both written and spoken

·         Good Knowledge about F & B Product

·         Hard worker and able to work under pressure
