We are a manufacturing company that focuses on fan and ventilation system. Establish in 1982, we are focus on industrial, commercial building projects and the needs of households with CKE's brand is seeking potential candidate to fill up the following position to become a part of our team :
HR Industrial & Employee Relationship Officer
Responsibilities :
To make sure man power needs in company (Head Office, Branch, Outlet) are sufficient and efficient by implementing redeployment, recruitment and career development and to make sure all HR practices handled appropriately according to company policy and government regulations.
Requirements :
1.Male, max 30 years old
2.Min Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology or related background
3.Min 1 years experience in the same position and have a strong understanding about labour law and its practices
4.Strong knowledge of HR Development, Industrial Relations especially liaise and communications with government and society
5.Excellent team player & Good interpersonal skill
6.English proficiency (oral & written)
7.Domicile at West Jakarta, North Jakarta ar preferable
