[vacancy] URGENT: ERAFONE RECRUITMENT

ERAFONE, one of the largest mobile phone retail chain company, plans to expand aggressively in the future, together with the booming of mobile telecommunication industry in Indonesia. Currently we are looking for a high caliber candidate as fresh blood to contribute to vast expansion of ERAFONE: 1. Business Strategy Manager (BSM) - thorough understanding in retail business strategy - able to look at helicopter view of overall end to end retail business - experience in retail business aggressive expansion - understand supply chain management as well as PPIC - understand general property, lifestyle, technology and marketing business - understand balance score card, KPI management, business planning and review - deep understanding of "customer centric retail management" as well as "service excellent approach" Requirement: - S1 in business management - minimum 5 years experience in retail industry - sound knowledge in mobile, IT and lifestyle industry - fluent in English, preferably also in Mandarin - attention to detail, meticulous and analytical strategical thinking person 2. Product Strategy Manager (PSM) - young in lifestyle, broad knowledge in mobile technology as well as information technology - in depth knowledge of brand and product management - deep understanding in product development, especially product with high involvement customer experience - understand mobile trend and telecommunication industry in the region - deep understanding of retail business Requirement: - S1 - creative, attention to detail - age not more than 30 - experience in creative industry or product management or other industries that close with technology for at least 3 years - fluent in English and Mandarin - deep understanding of importation, product sourcing and negotiation 3. Operational Audit Supervisor - formulate, implement and operationalize operation audit in retail chain - evaluate the SOP in retail chain, and formulate any improvement required in order to attain service excellent in the retail chain - provide recommendation to top level management regarding operational issues - able to launch fraud prevention management system - understand ISO in retail industry and change management - understand simple financial ratio Requirement: - S1 - experience at least 3 years in operational audit - attention to detail, meticulous and proactive - fluent in English - deep understanding in retail business dynamic - good people management Should you meet above requirement, and dare to accept the challenge of dynamic telecommunication industry in Indonesia, then send your CV to steven@erafone.com.
