HR & GA Manager

Requirements:

• Male, 35 – 45 years
• Minimum S1 for All Major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
• Excellent knowledge in HR Strategic & Planning, Selection & Recruitment, Organization Development, Training & Development, Performance Management, Personnel and Employee Relation, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation.
• Strong analytical and managerial skills
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Having vision to develop organization, people and process excellence
• Willing to be placed in Aceh.
