The contact centre department acts as a point of contact for our overseas customers which are mainly located in Europe, especially in the  N therlands.  We work around the clock (24/7) and  answers any incoming  calls from our customers and the communication is done in both English and Dutch. Ne xt to that,  we  perform  real- time  monitoring,  checking,  and  reporti ng  tasks  as  wel l.  This  makes  the  job absolutely challe nging and we also provide trainings for the ne w recrui ts before they get s tarte d. We proudly inform you that the project we're involved in is the first project (and s till one a nd the only) in Indonesia  that  provides  around  the  clock  ( 24/7)  s upport  for  the European,  especially  the  Dutch companies.
