[vacancy] Vacancy: Construction Project Team (Engineers, Architects, etc)

We are the property arm of Keppel Group, one of Singapore's largest multinational companies with core businesses in offshore and marine, infrastructure, and property. In Indonesia, we are a multinational, foreign-invested company in property development, expanding growth for more than 15 years. Our Indonesia projects are located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bintan, Batam, Bali and Manado.
We are establishing a Project Team for a high-rise building construction project in Jakarta; and we are seeking motivated, experienced candidates for below positions :
1. Construction Manager (CM)
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (S1) with at least 10 years relevant working experience
- Team player and self starter with initiative and drive
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Able to work under pressure and long hours
- Preferably with working experience in high Rise Building construction
2. Engineering Managers (EM)
- Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical (S1) with min 6 years
relevant working experience
- Team player and self starter with initiative and drive
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Ability to operate AutoCAD and Microsoft Project programming
- Able to work under pressure and long hours
- Preferably with working experience in high Rise Building construction
3. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Min degree in construction engineering (S1) with min 5 years relevant working experience
- Team player and self starter with initiative and drive
- Able to work under pressure and long hours
- Preferably with working experience in high Rise Building construction
4. QA/QC Engineers (QA)
- Min degree in construction engineering (S1) with min 5 years relevant working experience
- Able to work under pressure and long hours
- Experience in quality control in construction
- Preferably with working experience in high Rise Building construction
5. Safety Manager (in construction) (SM)
- Min degree in engineering, safety management, or project management with min 5 years relevant working experience
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably with working experience in high Rise Building construction
6. Engineering Staff (ES)
- Min Engineering degree in civil and structural, mechanical and electrical (S1) with min 3 years
relevant working experience
- Team player and self starter with initiative and drive
- Able to work under pressure and long hours
- Preferably with working experience in high Rise Building construction
7. Architects (AR)
- Min degree in architecture (S1) with min 3 years relevant working experience
- Team player and self starter with initiative and drive
- Able to work under pressure and long hours
- Preferably with working experience in high Rise Building construction
8. Secretary (SEC)
- Provide quality secretarial and administrative support to the Project Manager and team.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience and proficient in MS Office
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task with strong verbal and written communication skills
