We are searching for the best individual to join our team and fill in key positions as follow:

1. Key Account Manager Food Services – Bakery (KAM FS).

2. Technical Consultant / Chef – Hot Kitchen (TCHK).

3. Trade Marketing Manager (TMM).

 

Detail Job Descriptions & Requirements

1. Key Account Manager Food Services - Bakery (KAM FS)

(Location Jakarta)

Job Roles

Develop food service business in key account in line with business plan to achieve agreed targets on volume and profitability

Accountabilities

  • Establish business relationship with key personnel in the relevant accounts.
  • Plan, negotiate and review business activities within the relevant account on a regular basis.
  • Maintain debtor control and Responsible for the P/L of key accounts
  • Recommend food solutions to superior and/or food services head on major business, market opportunities and operational issues.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on category analysis and account performance in all areas including sales, profit, shelf management and promotional effectiveness.
  • Prepare account budget & planning annually, and update its forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Train and develop the sales representatives to support business requirements.

Qualification

Education: bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience: minimum 3-5 years as key accounts on bakery business

Functional Expertise: sales & promotion, merchandising & financial

Industry: FMCG or food product

 

2. Technical Consultant / Chef – Hot Kitchen (TCHK)

(Location Jakarta)

Job Roles

Develop menu development in Hot Kitchen area, provide selling solution for customers in HORECA / Casual Dining channel.

Handle product and problem solving in hot kitchen area to achieve business objective. 

Accountabilities

  • Engage with HORECA chef for solution selling and new ideation
  • Tapping potential solution for particular HORECA market
  • Liaise with Chef Association / network for any updated info / program trend

Qualification

Education: Culinary / Hotel School

Experiences: 5 years in the industry, min. Sous Chef

Technical Expertise: reputable hot cooking chef, having good networking in HORECA area

 

3. Trade Marketing Manager (TMM)

(Location Jakarta)

Job Roles

Develop the most effective and efficient in-store marketing plan based on shopper and channel priorities to achieve business objective. 

Accountabilities

  • Define priority shopper segments and objectives for priority shopper segments.
  • Define strategies to achieve objectives in priority channels.
  • Define the ideal in-store marketing mix that must be achieved in each priority channel to achieve objectives for priority shopper segments in priority channels.
  • Develop plans for each priority channel to achieve shopper and channel objectives and implement in-store standards.
  • Allocate trade expenditure budgets by channel and in-store activity.
  • Support the process of developing business plans for key customers.
  • Provide appropriate information to the annual planning and the short term planning process and ensure planned trade marketing activity is aligned with brand objectives and constraints.
  • Plan changes to in-store communication to shoppers and implements for which trade marketing are responsible.
  • Brief the design of POSM materials to marketing.
  • Develop selling stories to support in-store initiatives.
  • Brief sales team on forthcoming activity.
  • Attending key selling meetings where specialist input will add value.
  • Evaluate company performance against the annual shopper and channel objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of new product introductions against agreed objectives.

Qualification

Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience: minimum 2-3 years with trade marketing and sales background

Functional Expertise: Moderate Statistical Analysis, marketing & promotion, sales & merchandising

Industry: consumer good, beverages, preferably from diary industry.
