HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (HRO)

General Qualification:

• Male/Female, age maximal 30 years old,
• Minimum Bachelor in Management or Psychology
• At least two years HR generalist experience,
• Solid up- to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice

 

Specific Qualification:

• Proactively identifying needed improvements to systems and procedures in line with changing legislation,
• Devising, implementing and reviewing policies, procedures and contractual documentation,
• Administering remuneration process and Industrial Relation activity,
• Primary day-to-day HR support to staff.
