[vacancy] URGENT HOTEL VACANCIES IN BANDUNG



A newly refurbished hotel in Bandung, urgently requires some potential candidates to strengthen the team in the position of General Manager - Sales & Marketing Manager - Sous Chef

with following requirements as follows as :

1. General Manager :
     The job requires hands on approach to manage the hotel. Candidate should be at the
     forefront of all guest related interaction; He will be expected to play the role of host and
     interact on a daily basis with clients. Responsibilities will extend to all operational,
     guest and financial/administrative related aspects including producing and maintaining
     budgets, stock control and operational reports.


     The General Manager will need to be self-motivated, team player and confident in

     abilities to lead. This role requires an open minded person, to organize and

     communicate effectively whilst been able to delegate accordingly. He will need to have

     a good grasp of planning/logistics and be able to make changes/decisions as and when

     necessary and most of time on the spot and be able to communicate these changes to

     the team and all suppliers efficiently.


     Requirements:

     • HONEST individual with Management Skills

     • 24/7 Attitude

     • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills.

     • At least 4 years experiences in a Hotel Management capacity

     • Degree in Business, Marketing and/or Hotel Management

     • Proven track record of achievements in the hospitality industry.

     • Flexibility to adapt to different situations and environments




2. Sales & Marketing Manager
    As the driver of the Sales and Marketing team, the candidate would strive to meet the 
    hotel's revenue goals in rooms and food and beverage. he/she responsibilities include
    maintaining relationships with business accounts and sourcing new business 
    opportunities.  The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, organized, and enjoy
    interacting with guests.
Beside that the individual must possess the following
    knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she
    can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable
    accommodation
, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

 

    Requirements :

    - HONEST MALE / FEMALE
    - Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

    - Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team

      leader. There is minimal direct supervision.  

    - Knowledge of all departments of hotel.

    - Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.  

    - Ability to establish and master goals.  

    - Ability to identify and develop accounts.

    - Ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision.

    - Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, accounting programs,

      Microsoft Word, Excel and Rhapsody - Realta System

    - Math skills, as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required.  

    - Working knowledge of local laws governing equal employment opportunity and civil

      rights.

    - At least 2 years experiences in the same capacity

    - Degree in Business, Marketing and/or Hotel Management

   



3. Sous Chef

    This role will focus on the motivation and ongoing management of a very enthusiastic

    kitchen team. The success of this role will be determined by the ability of the candidate

    to develop our team, as well as placing equal importance on providing excellent food for

    our wide range of clientele.


    This role reports directly to the General Manager and oversees all kitchen operations

    including HACCP and stewarding.

    The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader and able to demonstrate a positive

    coaching ability and a past track record of culinary success.


    Our Food & Beverage outlets consist of an all day dining restaurant, in room dining and a

    banquet and conference facility that can cater for approximately 200 pax.


    Qualifications & Experience required

    This role requires HONEST MALE you to be suitably qualified with either a Degree or

    Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills along with a minimum 2 yrs experience as Sous

    Chef.
